Year 2020

After the successful launch of the superhuman clones for Project EXODEUX, all Subjects together with their genetically copied anatomies, are promptly sent back home via specialized private airships. Each Subject must familiarize oneself to their own clone's supernatural characteristics and powers, giving them the time to closely study and examine the outputs within forty-eight hours. After this crucial process, they are supposed to regather for the Training, Pilot Testing and Field Experiment.

"Master. What are you doing?"

Baekhyun has his tongue peeking out of his mouth in concentration as he inspects every part of Case Number 04's body. Arriving in Seoul several hours ago, he excitedly went straight to his underground laboratory to begin the close-up examination.

"Sit down here. Let me just do this real quick."

Even a knowledgeable scientist like him still has reservations, so he must make sure there are no buttons nor switches hidden somewhere in the clone's body. He needs to confirm one hundred percent true, that this vital force existing right before him is purely made of artificial human flesh.

"I don't have an electrical source nor any mechanical device in my anatomy," Case Number 04 says while Baekhyun busies himself zipping down the clone's protective suit, "I am solely created based on your DNA structure."

"Well, I just want to assure myself," Baekhyun grins in satisfaction once he's finished. Everything looks perfectly normal; Case Number 04 is no doubt, humanly contrived. "Project EXODEUX has equipped you with the superpower of Light, right? Now show me the extent of this ability that you hold."

Case Number 04 rises and faces Baekhyun, his inhumane eyes once again turning into a shade of cerulean. Opening his palm, a spherical celestial object appears afloat as it emits light. Its bright gleam is causing the whole room to radiate, making Baekhyun gasp in astonishment.

"W-what do you call that thing?"

"This is a power orb. I can perform Luminescence with it, a process of conjuring Light in any area that is yielding with darkness. With this ability, I can seize the enemy's vision and control his sight by causing hallucinations of his heart's desires, thus, leading to his defeat."

"Oh my god. That's--- that's so cool!" Baekhyun exclaims as he claps his hands. "What else? What else!?"

"I'm also capable of Photokinesis, the psychic ability to generate, bend, shift, focus, scatter or manipulate light to various degrees and effects to attack the opponent in a battle. Meanwhile, as an advantage to my allies, I can use Clairvoyance, the ability to gain information about an object, person, location, or physical event through extrasensory perception."
