Laura's mind raced aggressively as she took in what was happening around her. She looked down at her wound on her stomach where the blood danced between her fingers, she felt the wound pulsing as she tried to steady herself. But nothing worked, instead she looked up at her sister who was smirking wildly back at her. She watched Emily shove Wade down to the floor where he crashed against the kitchen cabinets with a groan. Clancy went to run to him but Emily slapped her back and she held her cheek with a shocked look on her face.
"Why?" Laura asked.
Stephanie ignored her.
Emily looked at the bleeding girl while she held the hunting knife tightly in her hand. She snickered and brushed her hair away. "Why not?"
Clancy looked at her. "All this so you can get a little famous? Get the story?"
Stephanie cocked a smile. "No you stupid bitch, so we can get even".
Laura looked at her sister. "Even? For what?"
Emily spun the knife in her hands and then stabbed it downwards and stabbed Wade through the throat, it went out the other side and became wedged within the cabinet door. His eyes widened and blood sprayed from his mouth. Laura and Clancy wailed in shock and horror, Clancy slid down the wall and cried out as tears flowed freely down her cheeks. Wade was pinned, and quickly passed as he went limp and his weight pulled the knife from the door but was grabbed by Emily who yanked it from his body before he hit the floor.
"Fuck, you spineless bastard!" Clancy screamed and Emily laughed and pointed the knife at her and walked towards her. Laura watched heartbroken as she watched her now deceased friend twitch a few more times before becoming lifeless. "He didn't do anything!"
Stephanie chuckled and grabbed Laura by the hair and lifted her up. Laura howled in pain as she clutched the wound on her stomach, Stephanie dragged her back to the counter and smashed her into it. Laura cried out and turned to her sister.
"What about Toby?"
"Toby? Please, that dumbass was good for one thing and one thing alone and that is following orders. He killed those stupid two sluts because of the way they treated me. Kasey and Vienna strolled across town like they had the bodies for it when they didn't. They made me feel weak and sick to my stomach" Emily growled. "Kasey was this sprees Casey and Vienna was just baggage but hey, she has a set of lunges on her".
"But they were your friends?" Clancy asked and Emily looked up across the kitchen to where she was.
"Friends don't treat another friend the way they treated me. Made me feel alone, unwanted, like I was nothing at all".
"So you killed them?"
She chuckled darkly and kicked Laura in the stomach, she curled over and wrapped her arms around her gut and screamed loudly. Blood was smeared across her hands and she was beginning to go pale, she was in agony. She knelt down and waved the knife in front of her face.
"With dear Sidney Prescott coming to town it lined up perfectly with what we had planned", she said quietly while looking at Stephanie. "I wanted them dead and with her here it could simply be another Prescott attack inspired by Billy fucking Loomis and those ridiculous Stab movies".
Clancy made a move for the island and went for a knife. Stephanie went for it as well and laughed when she slapped it off the bench and onto the floor, Clancy moved back to where she was with tears running down her cheeks. Her makeup was running also. "Confident but not to bright, what made you think that would work?"
Stephanie held the blade tightly.
"Don't fucking touch her!" Laura barked.
Emily laughed and kicked her again in the chest, she screamed in agony and curled up. Stephanie watched closely and tightened her grip around the blade. When they saw a pair of headlights pierce the front windows she quickly put the mask back on and grabbed Clancy and pulled her across the room and out of sight. Laura looked at Emily as she faded out of consciousness. Emily wiped her face as a bead of sweat rolled down her forehead and she walked across the room and out of sight. She tucked her knife into her back pocket and walked towards the front door. She went to pull it open but dove out of the way when several bullets pierced the door and entered the house, glass came crashing down when she bumped a lamp off a stand. She removed the knife and ran into the house and hid away.
