The next day // 10:20 AM

Y/n was making her way to Robin's that day. She'd gathered enough material to buy herself a silo, maybe a coop too if she gathered enough extras by later that evening and reaching Robin's by the time her shift was over.  Although Y/n felt guilty for keeping her late, surely the milf wouldn't mind if it's business and money they were talking about.

The sky was a light blue colour, mounds of clouds scattering throughout the open spaces. Back in Zuzu city, the skyscrapers would shoot so high, only cracks of the atmosphere were visible. It would peak through in sections where the buildings couldn't reach to cover and Y/n would often sigh longingly when unable to see the stars after her late shift at work.

The sky brought her comfort, being able to bask in it now. To be able to see it so clearly without having to use an elevator to the roof of her apartment building just so she could relish in the moment where her eyes would meet the stars. It was the only peace she ever got, and now she was gifted the simple pleasure of being able to gaze up at the Milky Way almost every night with ease.

"Y/n! Here for Sebastian?" Robin greeted as the farmer entered, a teasing smile on her face as she nudged her husband with her elbow, sending him a smug look he could only be disturbed with.

"Actually, I'm here to make business with his mother" Y/n brushed off the question with a satisfactory grin, one brow furrowing while the other raised. Y/n couldn't help but note the way Robin's cheeks dusted with a light pink colour. Not from embarrassment, but just the way it naturally does whenever she showed several different emotions. Whether it be sad, happy or angry, it was always noticeable with the colour of her cheeks.

Her eyes lit up, silently anticipating for more information on what Y/n had wanted to get done, for she loved her job a little too much. Demetrius huffed as he smiled at his wife, going back to his journal to finish up a calculation needed for one of Maru's little projects. Y/n then continued, nearing the counter with her wallet now stocked with cash after realizing the town had been old-fashioned in terms of paying methods.

"I got the materials and money for a silo. Although I may have enough for a coop by the end of today if I gather up just a little more wood... you think I can swoop by again for more business?"

Robin's pupils only dilated more, as if the sound of more projects around town was a drug to her rather than a job. She nodded furiously, already taking out blueprints from her desk drawer of different coop designs Y/n might like. Y/n giggled at her in return as she placed enough money for a silo and a coop down on her desk, smiling at Robin oddly as the ginger huffed out with a dedicated expression.

She was thrilled to be building again, but the rest of that day would be spent taking all her old coop designs and merging them into one that was better than the rest. With her hands on her hips, she nodded to Y/n firmly.

"I'll get started on it first thing tomorrow!"

Y/n nodded in return, an eager smile on her face. It dissolved soon later when her cheeks burned pink. Sheepish to ask Robin such a question. "But about Sebastian..." she uttered beneath her breath. Robin and Demetrius shared a knowing look to one another, both amused by such young love. Even when it wasn't that. Just yet Robin hoped.

"He's right downstairs hun, just go right in" the carpenter dragged the last of her words in a smug yet smooth delivery, Demetrius frowning at her for her nosy personality. But what did he care, at least it was his son rather than his daughter Y/n had been interested in.

Turning the corner, Y/n took a step down the stairs when she paused. "Are you sure it's okay for me to just- barge in..?" She questioned, guilty for intruding considering how reclusive Sebastian usually was. He liked to be alone, she didn't want to invalidate that.
