Summer 9 // 10:30 am
Rain pours on the mountainside of Pelican town. Sebastian stands admiring it just outside of his home. He was going to go to the beach that day, but his mother had recommended staying home since the rain was lighter on the flatter lands of the town. He decided to listen to her, standing by the lake for a short while before heading back in for warmth.
But as he reaches his door, another body collides with his.
He's quick to react, pulling the arm of whoever it was he bumped into toward him as he drops the umbrella.
"Sorry!" They yelp, voice laced with embarrassment. "Y/n," Sebastian whispers. He hasn't seen her in a short while. Not since his dream.
"Sebastian. Sorry. I was headed here to speak to your mom but I was stupid and forgot my coat- I didn't realize the rain was so bad up here so I just started running-"
Looking down at her as he picks his umbrella up again, he realizes she's wearing a white band-tee, its exterior now sticking to her skin as it becomes almost see-through.
"Oh!" He yells in a panic, cheeks flaring red as he rushes to open the door, grabbing at Y/n's shoulder to pull her into his chest so she's all covered when they walk in. Y/n complies, unable to think of any other option besides letting Sebastian shield her from embarrassment.
The room stops, staring as Sebastian has Y/n all cooped up.
"Hey Robin, Demetrius, Maru." She greets the family, Sebastian holding her against him. Arm still around her shoulders as they walk down to his room, scurrying to get her new, dry clothes. "Hi... Y/n." Demetrius tries to greet her, but Sebastian's already halfway down the stairs. They nearly trip, if it wasn't for Sebastian's hold. Y/n just snickers, watching his face flush when they reach his door.
Behind them, Robin, Demetrius and Maru are peaking around the corner, heads piling as they watch Sebastian's grumpy attitude switch completely, letting the corners of his mouth upturn when he hears Y/n snicker.
Still, he doesn't let a word slip from his lips, already digging through his drawers for some clothes. Y/n closes the door behind her, leaning against it. "You can sit down on the bed," Sebastian recommends, pulling a plain black tee out and shutting the drawer to search for pants in the drawer below.
"I would if I wasn't soaked." She shrugs, lifting herself from the door. Sebastian stops and stares, watching as she plays with the hem of her shirt.
Beads of water fall from her cheek, and damp hair sticks to her face as she tries to fix herself up. Sebastian feels himself getting lost, thinking about the dream he had before. His grip tightens on a pair of sweats before he tears his eyes away forcibly. "You should shower, then." He tosses a pair of grey sweatpants to each hand, shutting his drawer as he stands with a sigh.
"I feel bad..." she hums, eyes adjusting from the floor to Sebastian as he nears her, the clothes he's lending on one shoulder.
He raises a brow, reaching for the knob behind her. "For?" He questions, waiting patiently as Y/n's shoulders tense below him. Yoba was Sebastian so attractive. So incredibly close too, she almost felt like she couldn't breathe.
"I mean- your family kinda just deals with my shit all the time. Now I'm in your house, gonna take a shower and I sort of feel like a burden-"
