Us Versus The World

Y/n's Pov

Camilo and I were cuddling in his room since I was so tired once we got home. "I missed you so much princesa, I'm so glad you're here now." He whispered kissing my forehead, I was fighting the urge to fall asleep in his arms, not because I'm sleepy but because the warm feeling this boy gives me everytime.

"I missed you too cariño, and I'm sorry for everything." I say, Camilo faces me "Y/n I'm the one who should be apologizing I shouldn't have said anything like that or gotten mad at you, you were obviously vulnerable coming from a hurt place."

"I do forgive you but I get what you mean now. I wouldn't stop bickering about my sister the whole day and I skipped the whole 'getting to know you' phase and went straight to complaining about her." I looked up at the ceiling "I didn't tell you what I was feeling inside, I know I just came off as jealous but I wasn't, her being here just reopened a lot of past wounds."

I tried to cover the side of my face so Camilo wouldn't see tears, but the boy's no idiot when it comes that. Without being said he pulled me into his chest and began to rub my back, I wrapped my arms around him and let myself silently cry, "shh, Deep breaths mi amor.. I forgive you too but remember, you can be honest with me"

Once I was calm enough to speak again, "I do trust you, and I'm sorry I wasn't clear about my feelings.. I was just so mad because it's supposed to be us against the world, not you and then world against me"

Camilo didn't hesitate to press his lips against mine, he pulled away and held my hand. "I'll never let that happen. From now on its us versus the world."

I snuggled up against him as we both faced the ceiling. "Ramona did make me realize a lot about love.."

Camilo looked at me confused, "Huh? Whose Ramona?" My eyes widen realizing I hadn't told him, "well.. uhh.."

"So I have a little cousin..?" Camilo says, I nod "Yup, Estrella is adorable! You'll love her"

"That's crazy, does anyone else know like besides you and your sister? Or- I'm sorry, half sister?"

I shook my head "Dolores might know by now since she can hear us but if anything she also heard me say Ramona is waiting for the right time to come and talk to Bruno!" I raise my voice a little hoping she'll hear the last part, "oh and don't worry I'm starting to refer to Inez as my sister now too so.."

Camilo grinned "Awe Y/n-iee" I rolled my eyes "Again with the Y/n-niee." I say mocking the last part, Camilo just giggled and pulled me close to him and peppered my face with kisses "I love you princesa"

"I love you too amor." We hear a knock on the door, "come in!"

Dolores walks in, "Ramona says she's ready to talk to him." I had forgotten I had told Ramona to just say outloud when she wants to see Bruno, that Dolores would hear and tell us.

Camilo and I shared a surprised look and back to Dolores saying, "Get Bruno."

Narrator Pov

Ramona met up with the girls far enough from the house, Camilo made a distraction for Bruno so he would come out too. Bruno was at his usual spot where he would meet Ramona when they were dating, a park bench close to a pretty flower bush

He was told there was an old friend who wanted to see him. "You'll know them when you see them." Is what Camilo told him

Without being said, Ramona carefully approached Bruno who hadn't yet noticed her.. it would be hard talking to him again.. especially when the last thing he said to her was "Just leave me alone!" And she did. This would be the moment Bruno could make or break her heart all over again.
