Off's POV:

I am waiting for Singto to come here in my company as we are scheduled to talk about the new product but he's now 30 minutes lates.

"Is he coming?" I asked and looked at Tay.

After that day, he apologized to me for not saying anything. Of course, I got mad because he knows how I am waiting for Gun. How I am hoping I could take a chance to love him openly.

But it's not his fault. It's a secret that even I shouldn't know. And I know Tay doesn't want to break New's trust.

I tried my best to understand his position and put myself in his shoes and understand him.

If I was the same guy 5 years ago, I would have got mad and shouted at him.

"He said he'll be late but he will come" Tay replied.

He said he just need to go somewhere before going here. What's taking him so long?

We can't do anything but to wait for him. I know it's important if he decided to go there first before here. It's not like Singto doesn't know how to be professional.

We waited for another 10 minutes before he actually arrived.

But I was speechless to see who's with him.

A girl smiling sweetly while waving his hand shyly.

"Hi, again. Uncle Tay and mister" Yanna greeted.

"I'm sorry. All of them are busy and there's no one who'll look for her" Singto calmly said before gently putting Yanna on the couch.

"Where's Gun?" I can't help but to ask.

"Papa's at work. He's actually not here. But uncle New, uncle Krist and Mommy Jane are busy with their work. Grandpa is also busy. Uncle Singto said he'll look for me today. Sorry to disturb your business, mister. Papa said it's rude but I can't do anything" she explained. I was speechless again.

Mommy Jane?

Singto chuckled.

"Well. She already explained it" he said while smiling so proudly.

"I'll be sitting here quietly so please do not mind me" Yanna smiled at me. She sat quietly and shut her mouth.

"Uuhh... do you want something to eat? How about drink?" I awkwardly asked. She smiled and stared at me.

"I'll go get her a hot choco and cookies" Tay spoke.

"Thank you, uncle Tay!" She immediately answered. Tay just smiled before leaving the office.

I didn't know I'll get this awkward with a kid.

No one was talking. Singto was busy reading the documents he picked up on the desk, Yanna is behaved well while I, who's sitting in front of Yanna, don't know what to say.

But I took this chance to observe her. She don't look like Gun. She don't look like Jane either. She look exactly like a foreigner.
