The next day when I woke up I felt bad. The way I acted to him. He really didn't deserve it after everything he has done for me. Zoey was making me forget how much he means to me.

-"Good morning." It was weird the fact Zoey layed next to me instead of him. I wished he laid there and not her.

-"Good morning Dol."

-"Did you get any sleep yesterday?"

-"Barely, I was just up thinking a lot."

-"About the pregnancy?"

-"Yeah, I don't know if I can go through it alone. Without having a partner to support me."

-"Then I will be sort of like your partner. I can come along to every check up so you are not alone."

-"You really don't have Dol."

-"I want to be there for you in this."

-"I can handle all of the appointments on my own. It's fine I swear." She said shortly.

-"Okay if you want that."

I took my phone from my bedside table to see a notification from him.

I'm not mad at you.

That text calmed me down slightly even though it was surprisingly short coming from him.

You can come over later today after she have left and again I'm sorry <3

I will come over later today then <3

His texts always made me smile like a fool. I'm glad he didn't seem mad, even though he had every right to be.

-"Who are you texting?" Zoey must have caught me smiling because she didn't look thrilled.

-"Just Claudia."

-"About what?"

-"Erhm, her upcoming wedding."

-"Oh she is getting married to Liam?"

-"Yeah, next week."

-"Is Alex coming along?"

-"Mhm. He is one of Liam's best men."

-"Why? He doesn't deserve it...if I'm being honest."

-"What do you mean?"

-"I just think he is just not a good boyfriend."

-"How?"

-"Well he keeps you isolated from your friends like me."

-"No Zoey, that was not because of him. I made that choice to not contact you. Why are you so critical to him? You have since the beginning."

-"I just want the best for you."

-"I think I know what is best for me."

-"Don't be mad at me Dol. I have just seen some red flags in his actions."

-"Like what?"

-"He doesn't let you have any friends."

-"I am allowed to have friends, he is not stopping me. What are you talking about?"

-"It feels like he hates me anyway."

-"He doesn't hate you. It just maybe can come off like he is but he doesn't. Do you want to have breakfast?"

-"Yeah sure."

The breakfast felt awkward. There were so many things I wanted to say to her, but I just couldn't. My mind kept wandering back to Alex and how horrible I was to him, again. Maybe he was right about Zoey again though.
