When we heard of Parpaldia allying someone that was not even a superpower suprised me as they only ally superpowers and even then they never join alliance. That meant that this British Empire is important to them and might be a superpower in the eyes of Parpaldia so I sent a diplomat to Parpaldia to set up a meeting with the British to find out how they managed to convince the blood hungry nation of Parpaldia to suddenly do something they have never done in their life out of no where.... The British truly are interesting I must know everything about them to understand how they convinced the Parpaldian Empire.
