They both arrived on the bridge. They watched the still river under the moonlight. Both of them are planning to tell something now but decided that they need a little more time.

"The view here looks more beautiful during nighttime," sighed Gogo.

"Just like you," he said wholeheartedly. Gogo blushed.

"How I wish," said Gogo. "I wish that it could be like this all the time."

Hiro beamed at what she said. "Me, too. But we're already graduating four months from now."

"Yeah, right."

They were again silent. Hiro figured that he should tell her. Tell how much he love her for the few months that has passed between them. She will listen, right?

Hiro took a deep breath. Here goes nothing, Hiro. Tell her everything you want to tell her, thought Hiro. When he was ready, he called for her name. When he did, she faced him and started talking.

"Gogo, I, uh, have to tell you something," he stammered.

"Sure. What is it?"

"I," he started.

"You, what?" asked Gogo.

He groaned. "Never mind if I say this Gogo," he said rapidly. "But I love you."

"Oh," Gogo said, not-knowing what Hiro told her. "Okay, you love me." Then, she shrugged it off. She suddenly realized the words he said to her. Did he really mean it? Did he really love Gogo?

"You love me?" she asked him, just to be sure. He nodded. "Do you really mean it?" Gogo asked him to see if this is just a dream.

Hiro sighed and held her hands. "Gogo, if you're dreaming, wake up. I really love you like from the bottom of my heart. Look, I know it sounds crazy but—"

Gogo shushed him by grabbing the collar of his tux and gave him a kiss on the lips. Hiro was shocked that she did that but he responded. Slowly, he wrapped his arms around her waist ad she wrapped her on his neck. It lasted for a minute and they pulled away.

They blushed so hard. "Hiro, you don't need to prepare a speech to say how much love that person. Just a sentence with maybe three to five words plus a name is enough to satisfy me."

"You think?" Hiro interrogated.

"Uh-huh," she said softly. "And I love you, too, Hiro."

They both smiled to each other. Hiro pulled her to a hug. Gogo gave it back. Finally, the words that has been waiting for them to say to each other personally is over. They don't need to worry about it because they said it. Before Gogo knew it, Hiro was singing to her ear.

When your legs don't work like they used to before

And I can't sweep you off of your feet

Will your mouth still remember the taste of my love?

Will your eyes still smile from your cheeks?

Just like that, they danced under the moonlight while Hiro is singing for her.

They stopped short. "So, is there already an us?" Gogo asked Hiro.

"What will you do if I decline?" Hiro joked. She punched his arm playfully. He chuckled. "Okay, okay, there's already an us.".

"Are you sure about that?"

"You don't believe me?"

Gogo giggled. "Of course I do believe you, nerd. Sometimes I always think it's just a dream."

Hiro beamed at her. "Now, you don't have to because this is real. And you just said the 'n' word right on my face." He continued,

At that point, they were again closer until their lips met. They have to admit, this was their best night that they could ever have. One of the best nights that they will sure remember for eternity.
