"Where did you go last night?"

Unsurprisingly, Mr. Pretencious-Overdressed-Rich-Kid was the one to ask me the world's burning question, most likely abiding by the rules. Get him a pair of suspenders and fa fucking pocket protector while he was at it. "Doesn't matter."

The kid scoffed. "Where did you go? I heard the door opening and everything." he asked again, as though my answer would change. Would this be another Yonghee situation where I'd have to say something to stop him from talking to me any more? God, these people...

"None of your business." I looked around for my escape and my eyes landed on Yonghee. A small part sof me hoped that he'd get me out of this predicament, but based on how he acted yesterday, the chance of that was off the table.

"The kid's got a point." And there it was. "What were you doing? It's against camp regulations to leave your cabin or tent past 9:00, isn't it?"

Pretencious-Overdressed-Rich-Kid threw up his arms in exasperation. "Exactly! We won't say a word if you tell us."

I thought about it for a moment, buying time to come up with a lie. "Fine. But when you say a word, not a single one."

"Our lips are sealed." He turned to Yonghee. "Yoon Hyunsuk. Please do be a partner in crime."

I'll admit, I wasn't quite expeciting to hear the word crime today, but Hyunsuk seemed to have an interesting thought process anyways. Yonghee introduced himself as well, actually shaking Hyunsuk's offered hand, and I quickly dished out my lie ("I was looking for a friend's tent") to let the conversation move forwards.

As it was about to, Hwang Areum walked up to us. She had been talking to Yonghee on the first day, and it seemed as though nobody could spend a single minute without talking about her. Personally, I didn't think of her as all that.

I glared at the back of her head, willing her to self-destruct or overheat from all that plastic, but she stayed bubbly as she talked. I could definitely feel a pair of eyes on me, but I was more concerned with Yonghee, who was glaring at Park Sunghoon (another household name). Sunghoon wasn't letting up either, but I turned away from them to notice Seojun was staring at someone again. No doubt it was Seunghun.

I checked to find myself correct, but what confused me the most was that Seunghun— "Seojun's favourite camper"— was looking at me.
