Ty made sure to find a good doctor and get Kane an appointment scheduled the day after they found out the result. The earliest Kane could get seen was a week. While waiting for the appointment to arrive, Kane made some diet changes to eat healthier, and he also began taking some prenatal vitamins.

Now, Kane sits in the waiting room, trying to calm his nerves. Everyone wanted to come, but Kane knew they couldn't all come. Since Regie is the dad, he accompanied Kane to the appointment, but they promised to relay all the information to the others when they got home.

Regie puts his arm around Kane and gently guides Kane toward his neck. "I don't want to fill the office with my smell, so you have to come closer," he explains. He gently cards his fingers through Kane's hair.

Kane buries his nose into Regie's neck and relaxes. "I wish Oliver and Ty could have come with us," he mumbles.

"I know, but it will be fine. Ty found the best doctor he could, and everything will go great, and when it's done, we can go home, and Oliver will probably kidnap you as soon as we walk in the door," Regie comforts him and chuckles toward the end. Kane chuckles a little as well.

After Kane has finally relaxed, the nurse comes out into the waiting room and calls his name. Regie can feel Kane tense up again, and he keeps his arm around him as they stand and follow the nurse back into the room. Kane sits in the chair in the room, and Regie stands next to him.

The nurse asks him a few questions, and she takes his height, weight, and blood pressure. Kane relaxes more as the check-up continues. Everything is familiar and normal so far.

Once the nurse is done, she tells them the doctor will be in, and she heads out of the room. After a little while, the doctor comes in to go over medical history, give Kane a few tests, and get his bloodwork done.

After confirming his pregnancy, she gives him an estimated due date and talks to him about how his baby will grow and some things he should expect in the upcoming weeks. They go over the symptoms he has already been having as well.

"I've been getting cramps, and they are really bad when I exercise too. How long will that last?" Kane asks.

"Well, cramps are normal since your uterus is making room to accommodate the baby, but once you get past the first trimester, they should be less frequent, and just try to take it easy with exercising from now on." The doctor tells him.

Kane nods. They talk a bit more, and then she lets him know that the receptionist will get him scheduled for an ultrasound in a week. She does explain that the ultrasound won't show the baby in detail but will allow her to check the heartbeat, location, health, and confirm the estimated due date.

After they get the next appointment scheduled, the couple heads home. Just as Regie predicted earlier, Oliver is waiting by the door when they arrive, and he grabs Kane's hand and pulls him into the living room.

"So? Is everything good? What did the doctor say?" He asks.

Kane smiles a bit. "Well, I have another appointment next week to check on the baby, but she did give me an estimated due date. The baby should be here around September 26th," Kane tells him, and he sighs a bit.

Oliver puts an arm around Kane. "Are you ok?" he asks. Kane nods and leans into Oliver's side.

"Everything just feels so real now. I'm excited, but I'm worried too. We don't exactly have the most stable lives right now. We move a lot, and we have careers online, which can always take a turn for the worse. Also, that's another thing I'm worried about! We make a living by making videos online, I don't want everything to be about me being pregnant, and I don't want our baby growing up being filmed and stuff." Kane explained.

"You don't have to put your baby online, and nobody would ask you guys to do that if you didn't want to. As far as your pregnancy goes, you can choose what to tell people and when. If you don't want to make a big deal out of it, then you don't have to." Olver reassures him.

Regie comes in with a plate of snacks and some water for Kane. He can smell Kane's distress, so he sets the plate and cup down and joins the two on the couch. "what's going on?" he asks.Kane sighs again. "Even if I don't want to talk about it, I'm going to have to make some kind of announcement once I start showing, and as soon as I do, everyone is going to ask questions and expect updates," Kane says.

"Don't stress yourself out. If you say you want privacy, I'm sure the fans will respect that," Regie says. Oliver nods in agreement.

"Not everyone will," Kane says.

"Of course, there will always be people like that, but just ignore those people. We will do everything we can to help minimize it, ok? So don't stress yourself out now, especially since we still have a couple of months until then anyway," Oliver says.

"Yeah, don't feel pressured to give people information that you don't want to share. We've got you, not just Oli and me, but everyone," Regie says, and he kisses Kane on the head. "Now, eat up. I got you some fruit to snack on," Regie says.

Kane smiles and grabs the plate. "Thank you, guys," Kane says.
