"Where are we?" Sirius asked Remus as they rushed down hallways into silent house.
"Sirius, this is your families house!" Exclaimed Remus.
"I- Oh, yeah, I guess it is, I've never been to this part of the house before," Sirius shrugged.

"Gosh, it must be so hard being rich," Said Remus.
"It is!" Sirius agreed.
"No but it really is," James Agreed as well, making Remus roll his eyes at his two friends.
"Rich people problems, yup, definitely can relate," Remus said, while nodding his head.
"I mean at least I know my way around my house," James pointed out.

"It doesn't matter, let's just find a room to stay the night in," Said Remus.
"But I'm hungry!" James complained.
"How's that my problem?" Asked Remus, turning his head to look at his raven-haired friend.
"We- you see, you're the one who's going to have to listen to my complaining until tomorrow afternoon so I think that's making it your problem," Explained James.

"I'm hungry too!" Sirius whined.
"Again this is your house, Sirius!"
"Are you sure though? You seem to know your way around the house better than me, Remus," Sirius draped his left arm over Remus' shoulder, leaning most of his weight on his boyfriend.

"I think I'm just going to ignore both of you until we get back to the castle," Remus mumbled.

The three bestfriends found themselves at a dead-end after walking down each and every hallway that they could, leading to the far end of the manor.

"It's a dead-end," James pointed out. "It's dark here," Sirius said, looking back the way that they'd came. The hallways were dark, minus the only source of light which was from the dim torches that were hanging on the wall, magically lit.

"Remus, are we turning back? Sirius asked the taller boy, getting no response. Remus had turned so that his back was against the cool walls, eyes staring forwards.
"Remus, you can't ignore us!" Sirius complained.
"Come on Moony, we'll stop bothering you," James pleaded.
"Moooooonyyyyy!" Sirius dragged out his boyfriend's nickname, hoping for a reply.
"Moons, Moony, Moon, Moon," Sirius sang.

Remus stayed to his word. He had yet to reply to any of his friends whines and complaints. With Rmeus' stubbornness and determination he probably could have lasted until the next day, if only Sirius had kept his mouth shut though.

"Remussssss," Sirius cried. "I have a question!" Sirius paused, "Will you," Sirius stopped and got down to one knee, "Will you marry me?" Sirius asked the ultimate question to his boyfriend of one week.

Remus' head snapped in the direction of his boyfriend. "Wha-" He stared at Sirius with wide eyes.
"Say yes!" James cheered.

Sirius had yet to move from his position where he was kneeling on the ground in front of the werewolf.
"You can't just make a man wait like this, the hard floor is starting to hurt against my knee," Sirius mumbled, putting most of his weight on Remus, using his body to pull himself up off of the ground.

Remus stared at his boyfriend while holding his breath before he took a deep breath and rolled his eyes at the shorter boy.
"So does this mean I'm your best man, Sirius?" James asked his bestfriend.
"Will you quit it?" Remus scoffed.
"Oh come on, you can't possibly turn down such a good proposal!" James gasped.
"Too late," Remus sighed. "You two said you were hungry so let's go, we can sneak in to the kitchen and find some food," Remus said, giving in.

"You're talking to us!" Sirius celebrated, throwing his arms up in the air. "Congrats on noticing, if I had stickers I'd give you a gold star," Remus said, sarcastically.
"A what? Like an actual golden star? What's a sticker? You mean like a stick from outside?" Sirius asked confused.

"Wait, so if you had a stick, you'd give Sirius a star?" James questioned, trying to understand Remus' statement.

Remus sighed at his friends lack of knowledge. "No, it's a muggle thing. A sticker is an adhesive label or notice, generally printed or illustrated. By golden star, I mean a golden star shaped sticker," Remus explained.

"Wait, but why? What's the purpose of a sticker?" Sirius was extremely confused on Remus' talk about this new muggle technology, ot made ni sense to him.

"A sticker is like muggle picture, so it's a picture that doesn't move and the back of it is sticky and will stick to whatever surface you stick it to. The ones I had mentioned are a non-moving picture of a gold star, although they usually look more yellow than gold," Remus explained, dumbing it down for the two purebloods.

"Okay, we've gone over what a 'stick-er' is, wether your explanation makes sense or not, but why?" James asked, confusion written all over his face.

"Gold foil star stickers are shiny, glossy stickers that are used to encourage and excite children. They're often used as a reward that's given out to children as if to say 'good job'," Remus explained in a bored tone.

"So you're saying that I was being good?" Sirius asked, eyebrows furrowed with even more confusion.

Remus rolled his head back and started walking down the hall, "We could at least be walking while we talk," Remus mumbled, taking a long sigh. Remus had never thought the day would come where he had to explained to his two idiotic friends what a 'gold star is'.

"Wait, you Said 'Gold foil star stickers' what's a 'Gold foil star sticker' James asked.
"It's the same thing as a regular gold star sticker, it's just made out of foil, which they often are, and Sirius, I was being sarcastic when I said that, don't let your ego get the best of you," Remus rolled his eyes.

Remus' only goal now was to find the kitchen to satisfy his hungry friends.
"So can any picture be a sticker or must it be gold stars?" James asked, now interested in the whole 'sticker' concept.

"As long ad the image has an adhesive to make it stick, then yes, it doesn't just have to be golden stars, it can be any image, an image of a rat for example," Remus cleared up James' confusiong. "Oh, and before you ask, an adhesive is refering to a kind of glue or paste that makes them stick to a surface,"
"Damn, my boyfriend's smart!"

As Remus continued to answer their bizarre and dumb questions about stickers, -who knew they could be so interesting?- The trio arrived at a point in the house where Sirius finally recognized.

"Wait, ooooh, I know where we are now!" Sirius jumped in excitement.
"It's sad that you lived here the first eleven years of your life and still don't know where we are," Remus said, giving Sirius a pointed look.

"I never thought about exploring the house, I mean I could get lost in this house for days and no one would even know, it's huge!" Sirius exclaimed.
"Again Sirius, you grew up here, stop being so surprised about the size,"
"But he's not wrong, it's much larger than my house," James said, emphasizing the 'much'.
"Yes but Padfoot lived here, you, didn't," Remus told James.
"I mean I could have, it's large enough that a whole other family could be living here without anyone's knowledge!"
"Woah," Sirius muttered, realizing the possibilities.

"Prongs, Pads, no one else lives here, James you do not live here!" Sometimes Remus forgets why he became friends with the two boys, both of their skulls were clearly empty.

"Maybe Remus lives here and that's why he's so defensive about it!" James laughed.
"I do not live here!" Remus just about shouts.
"That's exactly what someone who's been illegally living here would say!" Sirius gasped.

The three stopped in their tracks, stopping their chitchat as they heard voices from somewhere in the house.
"I forgot there were others here," James mumbled.
"Be quite," Remus snapped.
"You're the one who was shouting," James shot back.
"Shh," Remus shushed as voices started becoming louder and louder as if they were coming closer.

"Duck into that room," Remus said, nodding his head towards an old looking door.

The boys quickly lunged into the room which appeared to have furniture with covers on them, covers that one would use in the muggle world if they were to paint a room.

"Huh, didn't know this room existed," Sirius spoke to himself.
"What a shock there,"
