On the pier, I sit waiting for you,

Below me you are,

Wading in the clear blue water,

You pop up in a gush of water drops,

Your coal-black hair dripping wet,

A bare chest I find so beautiful and soft,

I feel your wet hands slide up onto my waist,

You push me up dropping me into the water beside you,

I latch onto your neck as you swirl me around in your arms,

You smile your loving smile,

You stop, peering into my turquoise eyes,

Your hazel linking mine,

Placing your hand on my cheek you kiss me softly,

Passionate as a rose given on Valentine's Day,

I dive under swimming freely to the floor,

I come back up but you're nowhere to be found,

Over my eyes, two hands go,

I turn around to face you,

I wipe away the water from your eyes,

I love you so much,

Please don't ever leave me,

We lie there together on the warm sand,

My head on your chest as your arm wraps around my waist,

Holding me close to your beating drum,

With you, I am not afraid,

I am finally complete,

Without you, I yearn for your touch,

You're my choice of drug,

As I am yours,

A drug that I need to have in my veins,

How did we get so deep in love?
