"I need your help." Stefan Salvatore said on the other line of the phone, Kate smiled at the waiter taking the brown bag from his hands.
"Hello to you too, and with what?" Kate asked him, walking out the Grill holding her phone with her shoulder digging into her purse for her keys.
"Damon's dying." Stefan blurted out, Kate paused her walking, taking her phone into her hands, glancing around did she misheard him. "What?"
"Tyler Lockwood but him, we don't have much time." Stefan hoped that Kate would agree to what he was about to ask, he was risking a lot.
"What do you need me to do?" Kate asked him.

"Are you ready?" Stefan ask Kate, they stood outside of Alaric Saltzman's apartment, she had agreed to Stefan's plan to try and get Klaus to give them the cure in older to save Damon from the bite.
"Yeah, let's get this cure and go." Kate pushed her hair back as Stefan open the door, he took a quick peek looking for Klaus instead found Katherine.
"Hello, Katherine." Stefan greeted, the female vampire was beyond pissed that she was not out of the apartment yet, Kate followed him inside shutting the door behind her.
"2 days, I've been waiting. I'm supposed to be free of Klaus' compulsion by now. He's supposed to be dead." Katherine said angrily stomping her foot.
"We ran into complications." Kate tells her, scanning the small apartment, she's never been into his home.
"Complications?" Katherine furrowed her eyebrows.
"Doesn't really matter, I just need to find him. Do you have any idea where he might be?" Stefan asked the vampire, but she quickly grabbed them pushing them against the wall. "Shh."
The front door open. "Klaus, you're back." Katherine played the part, before pulled them from the wall. "Look who decided to come for a visit."
"You just keep popping up, don't you?" Klaus smirked at Stefan before his eyes trailed down to the girl standing beside him. "It's always a pleasure seeing you again, love."
Kate ignored him, remembering that he thinks her twin is death. "I need your help... for my brother." Stefan took away the attention from her.
"Well, whatever it is, he's gonna have to wait a tick. You see, i have an obligation to my brother," Klaus pointed at Elijah. "That requires my immediate attention."
