The travelers kept Stefan for two days, hidden away in a junkyard in cause they needed him again. Caroline and Enzo found Tom, he was being hid away in a basement by a woman named Hazel, Enzo killed her and then killed Tom after Caroline tried to send him away. Kate and Stefan did sleep inside an abandoned car when the travelers had woken them up chanting, they drank Elena's and Stefan's blood before setting themselves on fire, luckily Stefan managed to get them out in time.

Now Kate was in Mystic falls with Caroline and Elena, they were home for the weekend and were craving a good breakfast at the grill. "Well, I guess my mom's not here, I'm gonna get us some coffees."

Caroline said, looking back at the twins, Kate nodded watching the Blonde walk away. Kate removed her coat and found an empty table. "Come, there's an empty table here."

Elena blankly followed Kate to the table as Caroline approached them with four cups of coffee in hand. "Thank you." Kate smiled, taking the mug.

"So, my mom's five minutes away." Caroline mentioned, taking a sip. "Elena. Elena?"

Elena snapped out from her daze, blinking slowly, she furrowed looking back her shoulder then back to them. "How did I get here? I was just standing at the doorway."

Kate smiled gently. "You walked. What's going with you?"

"Hold on, did you just have one of those dreams? Like, right here?" Caroline asked, Kate furrowed looking between them. "Dreams? What dream?"

"It didn't feel like a dream, okay?" Elena responded, and she turned to Kate. "And I've been having really weird dreams lately. This one felt— it's was real, like I was just there."

"Thats weird." Caroline simply said, bringing the mug up to her lips.

Elena cocked her head, dropping hers on the table. "Caroline, if you bite your tongue any harder, you'll bleed. Say it."

Caroline stared for a moment and placed her mug down. "It's psych 101. Actually, it's whatever comes before 101. You told Damon that you couldn't see him anymore and now you're having dreams about Stefan?"

Kate eyes widen. "What? Elena, were you ever going to tell me about this?"

Elena winched. "Yes, I was but then they kept happening but it isn't all about Stefan, my— our parents were still alive." Elena said, running a hair through her hair. "It was like a different life."

Kate went to speak when her phone rang, it was her boyfriend. "Stefan, hey."

"Hey."

"Is everything okay?" Kate asked, Caroline and Kate listening closely. Stefan leaned back against his car. "Well, you know how sometimes you feel crazy and you call me and I tell you that you're not crazy?"
