Kate Gilbert couldn't have felt more bad about the situation with Stefan, she hadn't spoken to him since the night he killed and buried Silas. Bonnie came back from the other side and that really put a pause in her relationship.

"Hey, guys! Say hi to my mom!" Bonnie Bennett flipped her phone around the moment the three girls stepped foot into their dorm. Kate waved, holding the bag of liquor behind her body.

"Hi!" Elena and Caroline couldn't have made it more obvious.

Bonnie chuckled at their attempt. "They're planning me a welcome party. Just—just something hokey. I miss you." Bonnie spoke briefly looking back at Caroline. "Um, please come visit when—when you get a chance."

Kate placed the bag down onto Caroline's bed, slowly and seducing pulling out the tequila causing Bonnie to snort. "I'll, uh, I'll talk to you soon." The witch kissed the phone, ending the video.

"And by the way mom, I'm not a witch anymore because I died and then came back from the other side." Elena says smiling at the girl. Bonnie pressed her lips together.

"Yeah, I'm the supernatural anchor that connects our two world together, so..." Caroline trailed off, shrugging.

"Technically, I'm a ghost." Elena exclaimed. "That people can still see and touch, so—"

"Okay, okay." Kate interrupted, slowly moving towards Bonnie, wrapping a arm around her shoulders. "Maybe she left out a couple things in that video, but— she can explain when she visit, it's better not to give her mother a heart attack through a video."

Bonnie nodded in appreciation. "Thank you, Kate. And by the way, how big is this party going to be?" Bonnie questioned stepping up to the bed.

"Well, let's see." Elena spun right around. "Silas and Tessa are gone, and you finally aren't."

"Which equals massive cause for celebration!" Caroline declared, smiling from ear to ear. Elena nodded. "Which equals a massive party, hopefully since each of us have only made one friend in college so far."

Kate raised her eyebrows and nodded. "And given that mine went radio silent after he kissed me—" Caroline pointed out. "And yours was last seen at a tea party for a vampire-hating secret society."

Elena rolled her eyes. Bonnie hums. "Mmh, Augustine, right? The one who covered up your roommates death and wants to kick you off campus?" Bonnie says looking between the three woman. "What? I've kept up! The other side is boring. What else am I supposed to do?"
