Ei's POV:

"Ara? You all sure are lively," the woman chuckled. She resembles.... Miko. She looked at me, surprised. Does she know who I am? "How did you get such a beautiful friend, Miko?" she laughed.

"Don't scare them, Mom," Miko advised. Lumine yelled, "Auntieeeee" "Oh my, Lumine, dear, you surprised me," she said as she hugged Lumine. "Hello, auntie," said Xiao. I guess they're all close. "Wipe that serious face off of you," she and Xiao both laughed.

"I'm sorry for not introducing myself; I'm Miko's mother; my name is Saiguu; just call me Auntie," she said, smiling softly. "How are you, Auntie? Are you doing well at work?" Hu Tao inquired. "Yes, dear," she answered. "Ara? I had no idea my boss's daughter was your friend, Miko," she continued.

"What exactly do you mean?" Miko inquired. "Ms. Kujou Sara," she said, slightly bowing. "O-oh, Mrs. Saiguu, there's no need to bow to me," Sara said shyly. So she's the CEO's secretary? But, why does she looked at me with a surprised face? I don't think we've ever met.

"Alright, I see some new faces here," she said. "Hello, Auntie; I believe we've met before," Ayaka said. "Oh, I'm sorry, Ms. Ayaka. Yes, we've met before, at a company meeting," she chuckled. "Just call me Ayaka, Auntie," Ayaka said with a smile.

"Auntie, you didn't hug me either," Itto whined. Auntie laughed and said, "Come here, big guy, how are your beetles?" "They are alive and well," she and Itto laughed.

"My name is Venti, Auntie, and I am Xiao's boyfriend," Venti said with a smile. "I've heard of you from him; he's very fond of you," she laughed, making Xiao blush. "I just had butterflies in my stomach," Venti joked.

"Oh my! Such fluffy hair! May I... touch it?" Auntie asked, mentioning Gorou. Gorou was blushing and embarrassed, so he just nodded. "Your hair is so fluffy! I love it!" she exclaimed. "Don't act like a child, Mom," Miko hissed. "All right," she said, pouting and removing her hand from Gorou's hair. "M-my name is G-gorou, Auntie," Gorou introduced himself. Auntie made fun of his shyness.

"Hello, Auntie, my name is S-sangonomiya Kokomi," Kokomi, who was hiding behind Ayaka, said. "Oh dear, why are you so shy?" Auntie laughed, making Kokomi blush.

"My name is..." she began to speak before I could finish my sentence. "Raiden Ei," she said. How does she know? "I know you because of my boss," she chuckled. Oh... That's why. But she still has that earlier look on her face. I can't stop thinking about it.

"Now that you all have introduced yourself. I bought a lot of barbeque! We can grill it outside and eat! Let's have the boys carry some tables outside," she said. We're preparing dinner because it's 5 p.m.

*

We're now outside, and the boys have brought the tables outside and set them up. We're all seated now, and Miko and her mother are grilling the barbeque The aroma was so delightful that it made me hungry all over again.

Then a car pulled out in front of us. It's my car, and the person behind the wheel is Sasayuri. Miko's uncle and Auntie's brother. Miko and Auntie were both hugged by him. "I bought some drinks! They're just soft drinks, you guys are still minors," he joked. So this is how he behaves at home.

*

We started eating, and we were all chatting, drinking sodas, and eating. They were all laughing, which made me happy. There are still such days. I never imagined I'd have so much fun again, and I'm glad they're my friends.

Auntie seems to be glancing at me at times. But I can't seem to catch her. She's quick to avert her gaze. I just keep eating and waiting for her to come look at me again. If she's alone. I'm thinking about talking to her about it.

Lumine had throwed a piece of barbeque in Hu Tao's mouth. Hu Tao ate it after catching it. Because of their silliness, it made me laugh. Itto, too, tossed a piece of barbeque at Lumine, but it landed on her face. They're laughing, and so am I. Lumine's expression was funny.

"Are you doing well, Ei?" Ayaka said. "Yes, to be honest, I'm enjoying it," I replied. "That's good to know," she chuckled.

Miko sat next to me, and when I looked at her, she just smiled. "Eat more," she said as she handed me a few more pieces of barbeque. "I will, thank you, Miko," I smiled at her.

Miko then patted me on the back and held a fork with a barbeque on it. "Ahh~," she said, wanting to feed me. I did what she did and fed me the grilled meat. I happily ate it.

She was simply feeding me, and I gratefully accepted it. She was adorable, and it made me even happier that she was the one who was feeding me.

Why do I enjoy the fact that she is feeding me? Perhaps it's just... It's just been a while since I've had this experience. My sister did this to me the last time, and it was one of the best times of my life, just her spoiling me.

I, too, would like to feed Miko. "Ahh," I exclaimed. I fed her the barbeque after she laughed and opened her mouth. It was funny how we were feeding each other.

Auntie had gone inside, which I noticed. "Miko, may I use the bathroom?" I inquired. "Sure, you know where it is, don't you?" "Yes, thank you," I said as I stood up and entered the house.

*

I'm now inside the house, looking for Auntie. I was frightened because she had just scared me on my back. Auntie laughed and said, "Oh, dear, calm down, it's just me."

"Hello, Auntie," I said. "You were looking for me, weren't you?" she said with a smile.

How did she find out? "Y-yes, Auntie," I said, "but how did you know?" "Well, I know you know I'm glancing at you from time to time, but don't get me wrong: I'm not interested in you," she laughed.

"Earlier... you glanced at me with a surprised expression, as if.... you knew me, except you know me because of my uncle, your boss," I said. "I do know you when you were a child. I am just surprised that you are all grown up, "she laughed. When I was a.....child. Does she know anything about the accident?

"If I may ask, Auntie? Do you know anything about the accident... back then? " I asked. She looked at me. She was not replying. It was 10 seconds of silence before she finally spoke. "I only know that you had that car accident, along with your older sister. You were the only one who survived that, your driver, and your sister... didn't survive it, "she said, lowing her voice.

Is that all she knows? She appears to be hiding something. "Is that all, Auntie?" I inquired. "Do you know anything... from my childhood? To be specific... a girl my age?" I asked.

She... hesitated. I knew she was hiding something. "No one, Ei, now go, Miko and others will be looking for you," she said with a smile. I joined the others and took a seat next to Miko.

What is she trying to hide? No, what are they attempting to hide? My father is almost certainly involved in this. I'll speak with Sara about Miko's mother. Auntie has been working at the Kujou Enterprise for how long?

I can't get this out of my head. I... I can't deal with these thoughts. I have to leave.

"Where are you going, Ei? It's still early," Miko said as she grabbed my hand. "I-i have something to do, Miko," I said. "I-i see. Take care on your way," she said, smiling. But... That smile. It's different. It's not happy at all. I hesitated... I hesitated to let go of her grip, but I had no choice. I need some quiet time to think.

I finally let go of her hand and informed Sasayuri that I would be leaving early. He insisted on driving me home, but I refused. I'll take the cab.

*

Before getting inside the taxi, I gave Miko one more look. She had a troubled expression on her face. Don't look at me that way.... It makes me want to stay. I simply smiled at her and stepped into the vehicle. I didn't look back at her. We'll be able to see each other again on... monday.

Saiguu's POV:

Oh, Ei. You've grown up, haven't you? I'm sorry I can't tell you about the accident. It's your... father's command

I am certain.... You'll find out everything soon.

I trust you, Ei.
