A/N: I will make the speech quick alright

Miko's POV:

Ah~ So Ganyu is running for the student council's treasurer. Well, she is good in handling money and numbers.

"H-hello, my name is Ganyu, and I am running for the student council's treasurer," she was stuttering. Well, she's kind of a shy person. "One reason I feel I am qualified for this job is that I know how to budget and handle money. I know someone that is the Chief Financial Officer of someone's company, and she has taught me how to deal with money to make our budget work. I-it is the first time that you have met me, and I know that you're thinking that should we trust this person to handle the school's budget. In order for you to trust me, I will propose to the student council that, if they have time, they can monitor my handling of the school's budget. I am also good at numbers, so I can easily analyze if we have a school event. I will do my best to calculate all the money that we need so we can buy the high-quality things that we need for the event that the school chose so the students can enjoy the event. That is all. Thank you for listening, "

Eh. Her speech is quite good, but it falls short of describing what she would perform as treasurer. But, more importantly, she indicated that she knows someone who works as a Chief Financial Officer, and I believe the students would readily trust her.

"Heyah! My name is Thoma and I as well will be running for the student council's treasurer. I do not know if I am qualified for this job but I will do my best to be qualified for it! I am good at maths and numbers and I like doing... uh work?" he laughed. "I use my free time working. I will use all of my might to help the student council! I don't have any of proposals right now but I can think of somethin when it's on the spot! Once again, I'm Thoma and thank you for listening!" he said as he bowed.

He was... cheery. He's honest, but I'm not sure if he's serious.

"What magnificent speeches from our candidates! Tomorrow morning, voting begins. We will be handing out forms, and you will have to write your name and class number on the form, and choose the candidate for whom you want to vote! After that, you will have to give the forms to your class president, and the class president will give it to their adviser. Thank you for coming here, students of Teyvat. Dismissed!" said the principal.

*

I'm now here at a cafe and I don't know why am I here with this idiots. I just want to go home and just watch a bunch of dramas or maybe read a new novel!

"Miko's sweetheart is absent," Lumine laughed.

"Shut up"

"Is that why are you feeling grumpy," Hu Tao asked.

"I'm not; in fact, I don't care if she's not here; it's none of my concern," I grumbled.

"Something happened?" Xiao asked.

"Nothing, I'm just tired,"

"Tomorrow we have another sports battle but I think it's with Yoimiya's class," Lumine said.

Should I just skip class tomorrow

"Another exhausting day," Xiao sighed.

"Let's skip class, Xiao" I said.

"Ms. Shenhe will kill us," he chuckled.

"Who are you guys going to vote?" Sara asked.

"Ningguang, Jean, Keqing, Ganyu," I said.

"Same," said Hu Tao and Lumine.

"Ningguang, Xingqiu, Keqing, Thoma," said Itto.

"Ningguang, Jean, Albedo, Ganyu," said Xiao.

"What about you, Sara?" I asked. "Well I'm the same as you," she chuckled.

*

After we finished our meals, we all headed home, and I asked Sara about Ei. She, too, has no idea where she is. Ei didn't even bother to contact Ayaka. Now I'm even more worried. How is it that she is unable to contact any of her friends? Does she not think her friends will be worried about her?

I'm thinking about that should I text her? Will it be okay?

*

Fuck it, I'm going to message her.

Dango

Miko: Ei? I haven't seen you in school, and I asked Sara where you are, but she doesn't know either. Please contact me if you have seen this! We're worried about you.

No.... I talked with Lisa that I would not find her. So, I just erased the message. I just hope that... she's okay.

Ayaka's POV:

I'm on my way to Ei's place right now. If she isn't coming, she should have texted me. She's not the sort to do anything like that. I noticed a black car parked in front of the apartment, which gave me the sense that it was not their car. It had been.... Her father's car

I rushed to the apartment, opened the door, and..... Ei's father was sitting on the couch with her.

"Ah, Ms. Kamisato Ayaka. Please accept my apologies for... barging into your apartment," he said. I bowed, attempting to retain a polite demeanor. "Good afternoon, Mr. Raiden; please accept my apologies for unexpectedly opening the door and... interfering with your talk with your daughter."

"It's alright, come have a seat with her, and let's have a.... serious talk," he said with a smile. I did as he said and sat beside Ei.

"What serious talk might this be about, Mr. Raiden?" I said, smiling. "First and foremost, I must thank you for lending my daughter this lovely apartment of yours," he said. "There's no need to thank you, Mr. Raiden; she's my dearest friend, and I treat her like a sister," I said.

He smiled and said, "Let me get right to the point: I'm here to talk about Ei's... marriage." The mention of Ei's marriage instantly made my smile fade. "I appreciate all you've done for her, but I have to return her to the Raiden's household," he added.

"Did Ei agree, Mr. Raiden?" I inquired. "For the time being, she hasn't, but she will; I'll just have to.... teach her a lesson," he grinned. "With all due respect, Mr. Raiden, I believe you should not push your daughter to do something she dislikes," I said, faking a grin.

"I'm afraid you have nothing to do with family matters, Ms. Ayaka," he stated sternly. "I understand that, Mr. Raiden," I answered, "but I genuinely care about your daughter, like I said, I treat her as my own sister, and I can't let her do things that she isn't comfortable with, that she isn't alright with."

Ei signaled me to come to a halt by holding my hand. "I...I'll take care of this. Go home, and I'll message you later," she said with a smile.

And that smile.... She was forcing it.

"Please, don't push yourself to do what he wants," I whispered as I bowed to her father and left the apartment.

I... i have to do something. I can't let her father control her again.
