Lindsay picked up her bowl and drank the last bit of soup, how Oliver made such a tasty soup out of her kitchen was beyond her but she was happy that he did, she looked over at her phone and picked it up and texted Andrew morning sunshine, her phone chimed back instantly.

holy cow Lindsay, this is a record for you, he messaged back Lindsay smiled and responded oh ha ha, but since I'm awake come over whenever your ready, her phone chimed instantly again on my way he replied. "Hey Bubbie, Andrew is on his way over and I'd like you to help me explain to him about the well and Madeline's return" Lindsay said.

"Aw Linds, do I have to, I don't know why your involving him, its not him she wants, all father fuckhead will do is tell you that he will pray on it and the lord will show him the way blah blah, fuckin blah" Bubbie finished.

Lindsay looked at him and shook her head and explained that Andrew was there that night and saw what happened so he was involved, and Bubbie was going to help explain the spirit side of this issue, Bubbie was about to protest when there was a knock at the door, Lindsay looked at Bubbie with a triumphant smile and went to open the door.

Lindsay opened the door and saw Andrew standing there dressed in pair of khaki cargo pants and his Metallica t-shirt, she liked the way his black hair fell shaggy around his ears and loved that his dark blue eyes always seem to twinkle, "Come on in father what a waste" Lindsay said with a smile.

Andrew set the coffee and lemon danishes down and went over to hug her gently remarking about how much better she looked, he glanced over the the window and said "hey Bubbie" as usual he got no response.

Lindsay and Andrew sat down at the table and took their coffee, Lindsay took a sip then started "remember Madeline Matthews" Andrews face went white and he coughed on his sip of coffee.

Andrew nodded his head slowly "what if I told you that she was back, well never fully gone really", she watched the expression on Andrews face as he digested this, she saw his twinkling eye dull and he started wringing his hand together, Lindsay reached out untangled his hands and held them.

Andrew tried to steady his voice and began to speak" I thought Bubbie handled her at the graveyard, it looked like he did" Lindsay explained that he only got rid of her spirit but some of her essence may have escaped.

She's currently residing in the well at the old farmhouse that they found the kidnapped girls in feeding off the negative energy that surrounds that place the whole woods in fact and that once she got her strength she was going to try and claim her again.

When she was finished Andrew looked at her dumbstruck, he pulled his hands away from Lindsay's and started wringing them again, Lindsay felt heavy guilt, the last thing she wanted to do was make her best friend in world feel like this, she loved him too much.

"It will be ok Andrew, Bubbie and I are going to handle it, but if we are going to do that I need to know what happened that night, the truth" she added. She watched as Andrew tried to take a sip of his coffee but his hands were shaking too bad, Lindsay held his hands and steadied them while he took a sip.

Andrew put down his coffee and nodded his head "ok Linds, but if were going to get into this I need something stronger than coffee" Lindsay couldn't hide her look of surprise, this made Andrew smile "I'm a priest not a monk" he replied.

Lindsay got up and went to the cupboard above her sink and looked for just the right thing, once she found it she brought it back to the table with two shot glasses, Andrew looked at the bottle and started chuckling, "good heavens Lindsay I haven't drank Jack Daniels since we were kids" Lindsay smiled and poured them each a shot "to the good old days" Lindsay said raising her shot glass.
