Question:
If I was out swimming and I started to sink, how would I cry out for help? If I was being dragged under the current, attached to the ocean bed, how do I call for help?
i.e. Depression.
Answer:
You can't. If people notice you have been under for a while, they will jump in. They will bring you above water. They'll do what they can to get the water out of your lungs.
i.e. Support.
