Josie's POV

Cruz said I could see Emma right now before her next patient. I walked up to her door and knocked. She opened it and invited me in.

Em: I've been told you are seeking my help so what can I do for you?

J: First tell me when your next patient will be here.

Em: They'll be here by 5:30 so you have basically all day to vent your heart out so take a seat.

I nod and sit down. It was quite nice in here if I must admit. Emma sits down across from me and takes out a notepad and pen.

Em: So there was been some major events happen on the school grounds, correct?

J: Yeah. Hope and Penelope got into this fight.

Em: What was it about?

J: Hope left for about a month.

Em: How did that make you feel?

J: I think I was fine with it. She never spoke to me until that huge event went down.

Em: So would you say that you and Penelope are fine? Including Hope?

J: I am currently not friends with any of them. Penelope went on a rampage, Hope was also on a rampage but she was protective and then altogether she stopped talking to me.

Em: Do you know why she stopped talking to you?

I nod and looked down. I played with my fingers and heard Emma writing some things down. She was like a proper therapist.

Em: Why'd she stop talking to you?

J: I made her realize some things and I'm guessing she didn't like it.

Em: What things did you make her realize?

J: I don't want to say.

Emma nods and wrote something else down. She looked at me and I looked down.

Em: So you said you guess she didn't like you pointing out some things, what do you mean by that?

I look at her and she sits back in her chair and takes a sip of water. Where did she even get that?

J: We had an argument and I was pointing out what she would do and how she would do it and why she was doing whatever she was doing.

Em: What did that result to?

J: She pushed me away and said we couldn't be near each other.

Em: Do you think that'll be hard since you guys go to the same school?

J: No. I think it'll be somewhat easy. I hardly see her as it is.

Em: Now explain why you think that.

J: She's always gone throughout the day. She's never in classes or at lunch.

Emma nods and I looked down. I continued to talk about random things and eventually ended up telling her about Hope leaving after our argument.

Em: So tell me what you did when she left.

J: What?

Em: It must've slipped out but you said how Hope had left you the night of your guys argument. What did you do?

J: That's still a sore topic. Could we come back to that?

Em: Yes of course.

Emma looked at her wrist. I was secretly hoping it was time for all of this to pass. Emma closed her notepad and smiled at me.
