My brother gave a warm, full smile before leaving. He slammed my doors hard, and I felt the anger in his attitude.

The same day, I walked outside and saw Sophia coming out of Mom's bedroom.
We met each other on the way, and I got a chance to see the look on her face.
"Hey, what's up?"
I asked.
She looked back at Mom's bedroom before speaking.
"There's a problem. Mom wants us to get married in three weeks,"
She replied.

I got cold feet in an instant. What?.
Why the hell is Mom pushing the wedding so fast?
Sophia walked away afterward, and I stormed ahead to Mom's bedroom.
I heard her talking on the phone with someone.
She complained about some things that happened years ago, especially Dad's infidelity.
So if Mom remembers that would mean she has regained her memories.

"Mom,"

I pushed her door open, and she turned around and found me standing at the entrance of the door.
Immediately, the phone in her hand fell to the ground.
"Chris, what are you doing here?" She showed me inside.

"Tell me the truth, do you remember the past or not?"
I looked back at her anxious gaze.

Mom kept quiet for a while. She looked down at her feet and clenched her fingers.
What the hell is going on?

However, when she was about to tell the truth, we heard Fredrick screaming from the living room.
Immediately we ran out and saw a disturbing message on the wall.
"It isn't over yet,"
The message reads

I looked around and couldn't find Yulan. Mom asked who would have done this.
I left her talking with Fredrick downstairs and ran up to her room
I knocked on Yulan's door, but when there was no response, I barged in and found her room empty.
Where could she have gone?

I came outside, and on my way down I bumped into Sophia.
She came to me frightened by the message. I told her not to worry and that nothing bad was going to happen.
My eyes drifted from her for a while, and I spotted Yulan walking in.

I left Sophia and went ahead. Yulan found me grinning in anger and asked what happened.
I grabbed her hands, and we got to the balcony to talk.
She slapped my hands away. "What's happening, Chris?"
I turned around and almost had this urge to hit her; however, I controlled myself and asked her where she had been
Yulan said he had gone to get some clothes for the upcoming wedding, our wedding.
I left a sting on my throat the moment she said it.
I asked her about the note on the wall; Yulan swore she had nothing to do with it.
She might be telling the truth, I thought.
I turned around to leave when she grabbed my hands and pulled me back to her gaze.
"Chris, there's something you need to know," she said, letting go of my hand.
"What is it?"
I replied.
Yulan looked out if anyone was coming before talking.
"Chris, I got the news that Rina, Frederick's mistress, is still alive,".
She announced.

Wait for what?..
I got tense at the mention of her name. Rina can't be alive; it was previously declared by Inspector Jude that she died.
How the hell is she alive?

"Yulan, are you sure?"
I grabbed her hands.
She nodded and swore that Rina was still alive.
It appears Yulan has been keeping tabs on my entire family and everything that happened.
I walked away in a hurry, leaving her alone on the balcony.
I ran outside and phoned Inspector Jude on the way to the police station.

It can't be; Rina can not be alive, or can she? Perhaps is Yulan saying the truth?

Question of the day?

Mrs. Rick wants to speed up the wedding. Why?
Chris finds out that his mom has regained her memories; however, how did that happen?
Someone sent a mysterious message to the family. Can this be Yulan's doing, or is there someone out there who wants revenge?
Lastly, is Rina still alive? If she is, where then can she be?
