Kyla hugged Jungkook and then she turned to Jimin, sighing and grinning with her moist eyes. "Six years," she gushed, feeling she would end up lamenting. "I will miss you."

"Come here," Jimin pulled her into a hug and squeezed her. "You aren't going to miss me even for a moment. I know it's good riddance for you. You are going to wake up every day with your beautiful lady and see only her and remember only her. I won't even make it to your nightmares as you won't have any."

The lady's lips quivered as she inhaled quickly. "I can never stop worrying about you, Jimin. I am at least relieved you will be in good hands."

Jungkook's heart suddenly felt it would sink as he didn't really earn that place yet with all the hiccups on his way. "I can't fill your shoes, Ms. Say say. But I will try." The assistant felt his own eyes stinging as he chimed in, seeing the lady pull away from the hug. It was only a week with Kyla and she'd been his savior repeatedly. He ogled the actor to gauge his reaction, but Jimin seemed cool like a cucumber. Jungkook wondered what must be the real feelings behind his tough exterior.

"I wouldn't worry too much about that, Jungkook. You have your own personality and talents and I am sure you'll do great," Kyla argued. "And Jimin... Don't call the reporters to your own party just to teach poor Jungkook a lesson."

Jungkook's smile faded, a look of horror replacing his face as he looked at Jimin with wide eyes. The actor didn't feed into Jungkook's perplexion by ignoring him entirely. The driver was ready at the door and before Jungkook could, Jimin filed ahead to grab the door for her. "Take care," he mumbled.

"You take care of yourself and Jungkook. He is a nice fella. Go easy on him," Kyla mumbled back after getting in the car and Jimin only nodded before closing the door and letting the driver take her away.

He turned to look at Jungkook's swollen, long face. "You called the reporters?!" He yelled.

"How else would you learn?" Jimin squinted his eyes, waving his hand dismissively and walking back into his penthouse.

"Even if it meant that your party would be ruined?" Jungkook asked, following the man close behind.

"I don't care about any party, Jungkook," Jimin suddenly halted, causing Jungkook to almost slam into him before he turned around.

Fucking hood rat!

"You care about making my life miserable."

Snapping a finger at Jungkook with a wide grin, Jimin winked and whispered. "Bingo."

Jungkook fumed with anger, not knowing what should he do now. Kyla was gone, who would otherwise have helped him pacify.

"Let's go," the actor suddenly grabbed the assistant's sleeve and took him out of the house. "We are going to grab a few hamburgers."

Jungkook still had an indignant pout on his face, but he obeyed. After all, he was getting paid to tend to Jimin's requests.

He drove by following Jimin's instructions and halted in the middle of nowhere. "What is this place?" He asked, looking at the long and empty, black roads wafting off heat due to intense sunlight.

"I swear there used to be a hamburger place right there," Jimin got out of the car and banged the door harshly. "I once had them after Kyla bought them for me. The place is fucking gone into thin air?"

Jungkook noticed Jimin's temper raising and he carefully got out of the car, looking at the actor reeling off.

And he could sense why.

Jimin sure didn't say it, but it didn't mean he wasn't missing Kyla who was essentially his backbone for six years. He remembered when he lost his father, he felt like his limbs were cut off his body. He couldn't run to him to cry or ask for advice. "It's okay, Jimin. The highway is newly constructed. I am sure they must have demolished the place. Do you perhaps remember the name? Maybe they moved somewhere? We can find them." The younger emphatically moved closer to Jimin, wanting to hold him, but didn't.
