"Jimin," Jungkook woke up and looked around the dark room. The man in question was sitting on a lounger chair by the window. An alcohol bottle was in his hand, his upper body was bare while his lower body was covered in pajamas. He looked serene and calm as he turned to see Jungkook. "I am tired of asking, Jimin. Why won't you listen to me? If not for you, do it for the people who care about you. Why won't you stop drinking?"
Jimin licked his lips and averted his gaze down to the rug while the moonlight filtered through the curtains and fell on the side of his face. His eyes hurt with the sting he felt as they bubbled with tears and his throat squeezed. He sat there, lifelessly, not moving. Once the tears cascaded down, he sniffled and melted the knot in his neck with more alcohol. "You should leave, Jungkook. Don't ever come back because if you do, I won't be able to let you go."
"How can I leave knowing that you are killing yourself?" Jungkook intoned, getting off the bed while grabbing the actor's robe to wrap it around him. The citrus and woody cologne from the fabric instantly hit his senses as he walked closer to the man and sat down on the ground, holding Jimin's knees. "Please, Jimin. I care for you. And whatever is left of your family, I am sure they don't want to see you dead too."
"Don't you think you are being a little melodramatic? I am just having some booze, love. I have no intention of killing myself." Jimin responded, touching Jungkook's cheek softly with his free hand.
At that moment, Jungkook saw something in Jimin's eyes. It wasn't the regret or pain, it was affection. Whereas feeling the man's stone-cold hands against his skin brought Jungkook to tears, but he didn't shed them. "From my point of view, this is what looks like."
"Then you have to change your perception about me... I thought you didn't judge me. I guess I was wrong after all." The man retreated his hand and sipped once more.
Jungkook looked down before looking up. "Why won't you take a look at the script?" He asked, his eyes pleading.
"Not now, Jungkook," Jimin shifted Jungkook's body aside that was clinging to his legs, and he stood up. "I am not in the mood."
"You are not in the mood for two days. Do you want to be forgotten just like that? Do you know how many people can make a mark on this world? You are fortunate enough to have it all. Why do you want to toss it all away? What will you even do if you don't get out of this mess that is in your head?"
Seeing Jungkook raising his voice, Jimin looked at him. It wasn't like he was glancing to see him, it was the look that made Jungkook's soul cripple inside. The actor neared closer to the younger male and grabbed his chin tightly. "I don't have to work, Jungkook. I have enough money that I don't need to work another damn day of my life. You and your opinions about me can go to FUCKING HELL!" He screamed at Jungkook's face.
Jungkook closed his eyes and squirmed before Jimin pushed him back. He felt his heart thumping so loud in fear that he was sure that it was audible across the room. The fear he felt wasn't for himself, it was for Jimin. "I WON'T FUCKING GO TO HELL AND I SURE AS HELL AM NOT GOING TO LET YOU GO TOO!" He screamed back, padding towards Jimin and snatching the alcohol from his hands.
Seeing the younger's fury, Jimin felt angrier than ever. "You aren't my assistant anymore, Jungkook. Go. I am done with you here."
Jungkook could tell Jimin was having a hard time not raising his voice again as he was too tired, of everything. But he couldn't let go. "Go ahead and tell me I was just a hole you were fucking too. I don't mind. I was enjoying having sex with you too, Jimin," he chuckled. "Now get your head out of your ass and sign the contract."
Jimin saw how Jungkook maniacally bounded towards the table and put the bottle down. His bag was kept on the floor. He picked it up quickly to pull out a paper and a pen. This is not happening. The actor held his head.
