Chapter Six.

REINA:

A pile of papers and an endless amount of textbooks were surrounding me as I tried to come up with some sort of plan for this project. It was due in a week and here I was, still not even slightly prepared for it. I guess it’s just been hectic and all for me with my other classes that I put this off until the last minute but still. I have no idea what I’m going to do.

“Woah.” Casey said when she closed the door behind her. “What’s all of this?”

“Stuff for my stupid project that I have to do for English. The one with Justin. Remember?”

“And he’s not working on it with you because…?”

“Because I said I’d do it. Lord knows he wouldn’t want to be in a two foot radius of me.”

She rolled her eyes and wandered over to her dresser, her fingers strumming through the different fabrics until she pulled out jeans and a t-shirt of some sort. She looked happy and I know exactly why.

“Nice sex hair.” I smirked. “It’s a great look on you.”

“You have no idea Reina. We were up until like three. I’m not trying to exploit us or anything but oh my god he was so good last night. He lasted forever.”

Focusing my attention back down to the book, I let out a sigh of frustration. I would kill to have sex. I haven’t been with anyone since Justin and I didn’t want to be. He’s all I could think about. You’d think after our fight a couple weeks ago I’d hate him but no, I didn’t. I was still infatuated with him for no reason whatsoever.

“Text Justin and tell him to get his ass over here to work on the project. You’re swamped Reina. Look at you.”

“I can’t text him. He thinks I’m a stalker and that I’m obsessed with him Casey. If I text him and ask him to come over what is he going to do? He’s probably just going to ignore me.”

“For God’s sake Reina just text him and ask. There’s no way in hell you’re getting this project done in a week by yourself.”

The books were piled high up onto my bed and the more I looked at all of the notes of papers the more I was starting to agree with her.

“Plus, it’s not like you’re asking him to go out on a date. It’s for a project Reina. It’s school related.”

“Oh my god fine.” I groaned, picking up my phone. “He’s probably not even going to answer though.”

JUSTIN:

Breakfast with the boys was better than ever. On Sunday’s we always cooked up something big. Today we made pancakes, eggs, bacon and fried potatoes. We had to make a shit ton too because we can eat. That’s for sure.

“Orange juice!” Colby shouted, slamming it down onto the counter. “Come and get it!”
