Jin Ling was standing on his sword and flying through the skies. He was going to the Cloud Recesses to meet his friends. And Wei Wuxian.
Now that things had calmed down and he had had time to thing everything over, he realized that the demonic cultivators had not been to blame for everything that had happened in the past. Including the deaths of Jin Ling's parents.
Begrudgingly, Jiang Cheng had told him everything. And now, Jin Ling had a dilemma. Since he had no more reason to resent Wei Wuxian for his parents' deaths, he did not know how to approach him. The thought that he suddenly had another uncle was too hard to process.
However, Jin Ling was definitely not a coward. He could do this. He had already decided. He would change things with his own hands.
When he landed in the Cloud Recesses, Lan Sizhui and Lan Jingyi immediately came to meet him. If they noticed anything strange, perhaps that he was looking around for a certain someone, they did not comment it.
Finally, Jin Ling spotted the black and red robes he had been looking for. Time to change things up. "Hello, Uncle," he greeted.
