«Hey love, I've made food do you want any? You have been working all day» Remus asks leaning on the doorframe.
Sirius looks up from his guitar and nods grinning, «Yes thank you, but could you listen to the chorus of the song I'm writing?»
Remus nods and sits next to Sirius in their home studio. Sirius puts on the music he had made on the speakers and started the song on guitar.
«Its a bit of shouting and swearing and shit so just be prepared»

Remus raised his eyebrows not really expecting the start but god he loved it so far.
«And I don't talk shit about you on the internet
Never told anyone anything bad

Sirius slowly played the outro and looked up at Remus whilst doing so. Remus seemed shocked but really fucking impressed.
Sirius sighed and leaned back in his chair «Thoughts?»
«Sirius, I'm speechless. That was actually amazing, and not what I was expecting in the best way possible»
Sirius grinned, «I finished that bit now, I'll be working on the start rest of today or tomorrow»
«Is it going on your album?» Remus asked and looked up to the poster 'happier than ever' hanging on the wall with all of Sirius' other albums.
«I'm planning on so yeah, but the album is still two months away so I'll have to see. The album is long enough without it, but it could be a good addition if it turns out good»
Remus nods understandingly, «How is the start going to be?» He asks.
Sirius smiles, «I've recorded parts of it so I don't forget it til later, sound isn't amazing» Sirius explains and walks over to his laptop and plays the beginning.
«When I'm away from you, I'm happier than ever
Wish I could explain it better
I wish it wasn't true, hm
Give me a day or two to think of something clever
To write myself a letter
To tell me what to do, mm-mmm»
«I have other lyrics but most of the beginning will be roughly like that til the part I played for you» Sirius explains and closes his laptop.
«Wow, you haven't written anything like this before, its amazing. I'm honestly impressed» Remus says standing up from his chair.
«Thank you my love, what's for lunch?»
