When Remus quietly enters the house after work, he hears the piano playing, Sirius.

He thinks of the fight they were in the middle of, he knows it's his fault. He puts his bag down and slowly walks through the house to find Sirius.

The piano gets louder as he walks through the hallways and stands in the doorway once he finds Sirius.

"I'm so in love that I might stop breathing" He sings with his gorgeous voice.

"Drew a map on your bedroom ceiling, no I didn't see the news cause we were somewhere else" Remus recognises the song, the one he was working on for the new album.

Sirius lifts his hands off the keys and writes new lyrics on a messy piece of paper. He sighs and wipes a tear off his face before trying out the new lyrics.

"I want to brainwash you, into loving me forever, I want to transport you to where the culture's clever"

Sirius stops again and writes some more and Remus takes this as his chance. "You don't have to brainwash me, I already love you forever"

Sirius quickly turns around and sighs when he sees Remus. "Jesus, you're home early" He says dryly.

Remus shrugs and sits next to him on the piano. stool. "Want to make it up to you, unless you want to be alone, I'll respect that"

Sirius sighs and moves closer to Remus so their sides were touching. "I just want to finish this song"

Remus nods and picks up the paper with lyrics writtes everywhere. "How can you even read this"

Sirius shrugs, "Just can"

Remus puts the paper back and nudges Sirius. "Show me what you've been working on"

And Sirius does. Placing his fingers on the keys and singing gently, he doesn't need the lyrics he clearly knows the song by heart.

"My love we were in Paris, yes, we were somewhere else" He sings softly finishing the song.

"It's just, the bridge I'm struggling with"

Remus nods, "It was amazing love, I mean I've heard bits but put together it really sounds amazing"

Sirius shrugs, but Remus can see a small smile on his lovers face. "Should I help with the bridge? We did right a number 1 on the billboard 100 together"

Sirius blushes and buries his head in Remus' collarbone. "Yes, I would like that"

Remus smiles and hugs Sirius. "I'm sorry for yesterday, I know sorry won't help but I've talked with my boss to be more at home okay?"

Sirius lifts his head to look at Remus and nods with a smile. "Thank you, for saying sorry, and for listening to me"

Remus smiles. "It's the least I could do, but come one we have a song to write"
