The King strolls through the castle, looking for his love and child. He asks a few servants kindly, but noone seems to know where they are.

He keeps on walking until he hears giggles from a guest room. He creeps up and puts his ear against the door.

That's definitely Sirius' laugh.

He opens the door to find the two sat on the floor watching a movie on Sirius' laptop. Elia screams playfully and runs to hug her fathers leg.

Remus and Sirius look at eachother adoringly.

"Mind if I join?"

Sirius laughs nodding his head, opening his arms for his love. "I'm surprised King duties were done so early"

Remus smiles and wraps a loose arm around Sirius as Elia sits on their laps. "Family time comes first, I've only got a few things left, some charities"

Sirius nods humming lightly. "Still got time for me?"

Remus raises his eyebrows. "I've always got time for you"

When Remus was told his family couldn't come with him to the US, he declined.

"But King Lupin, you have to, there are important meetings you need to attend"

Remus shakes his head, he has the power here. "I will go, but then they are joining me"

The poor worker doesn't get paid enough for this. "But it's too much to fix and there isn't-"

Remus slams a hand on the table. "Either I'm going with them, or I'm not going, make your choice"

Remus doesn't like to be the bad guy, but he's not going two weeks without Sirius and Elia.

He was told the next day that everything was fixed and that Sirius and Elia could come. The workers know better than to get on the Kings wrong nerve.

Elia was swinging happily between Remus and Sirius as they walk over to a private jet, it was quite a long flight, Elia was surprisingly excited.

"Remember this isn't a fun trip, I'll be working non stop" Remus says warningly to Elia and Sirius who rolls his eyes.

"Papa might not have fun, but we will! I can take you to disneyland, and universal studios, we'll go everywhere!"

Remus rolls his eyes at the two planning a whole trip, if they go anywhere he'll make sure they have enough bodyguards.

They stay in a grand hotel, far too big for three people, but it has a gorgeous view.

It came with a main bedroom, where Remus and Sirius would be sleeping, and a smaller across the hall for Elia.

They put their bags down and Remus falls back on the bed with a big sigh. "Thank you for coming"

"It'll be fun, do you have any days off?"

Remus nods trying to think. "Well got rest of today, one mid week, and then I've got an evening off sometime"

Sirius nods and kisses Remus' forehead before sitting on his lap and lying on him. "You're so busy with work duty, I feel like we never get time together"

Remus laughs and wraps his arms around Sirius. "You mean we never get time to fuck?"

Sirius slaps his arm. "Yes, but also just normal dates, evenings cuddling etc. but I know things are different now"
