Person A, turning into another victim of the killer (Person B) who terrorists the city. In fear getting killed the killer gets an idea, a bet. If Person A succeeds killing a group of 8 men in a month, they will survive... If not they'll die or rotten in jail. The killer gave them a target, stray kids. What they don't know is that the killer is a part of the group, waiting for them to fail.
