"Why don't we get a divorce?" Minho asked after they settled down in the living room. "Maybe because our parents think that this whole thing here is real, meaning... something terrible happened between us that we decided to divorce" sighed Yena and pointed at them both.
"We fell out of love?" Minho suggested "They will try to get us back together or bring us to blind dates and the freedom is gone again" countered Yena. "Someone cheated?" Minho tried again "The one who cheated becomes the death sentence from both families and we both lose our freedom" answered Yena with a disappointed sigh.
"Why do we have contact with our families again?" Minho sighed and hid his face with his hands. "We owe them money and they somehow... always find us when we try to hide" Yena smiled innocently.
"Ah, yeah... right" answered Minho to it. "Let's just stay happy that we got our freedom with this marriage" sighed Yena and moved to the kitchen to get some food, Minho followed after her.
"I am happy... it's just the family demands kids now from us and it's getting on my nerves" answered Minho and leaned over the counter of the kitchen island to Yena. "You know as the one who should give birth... I understand your complaints" smiled Yena and gave him a plate of food, he thanked her.
"Let's change the topic... how was your work?" said Minho and smiled at Yena. He enjoyed hearing her stories, he found her job very intriguing and liked to hear her rage over customers.
"Pretty okay today, no one disgusting came up today, and yours?" she asked after picking up a bite of her food, waiting for Minho to continue the conversation. "Today was nothing special at my place too... just did the classical 'saving a cat from a tree today'" Minho laughed.
"Was it a cute one?" asked Yena as she was well aware of Minho's love for cats. "It was indeed a cute one but it seemed like no one owned them so I brought it to a vet and after that to an animal shelter" he answered.
"Why didn't you bring it home? I would have loved a pet" asked Yena as she took her plate and brought it to the sink. Minho laughed at it "Next time I'll take them home" he answered and did the same before leaving the kitchen.
