dream caught

Even when they knew, they are caught in a dream... they couldn't get out of it.

The girl is caught in a dream, with her brother Jisung. Well they think they are siblings, they never knew their past nor how they got in that world but they felt like siblings. they ran away from all the troubles every dream they visit brought to them. At the time while they life their never ending life they meet separately seven other boys who got lost in that world. Together they walk together through the adventures in the dream world. After a time, they land in a world full of danger. The group realizes that somehow they don't change the world. The group is worried that they are stuck in that dangerous world forever. While they try to escape and find a safe place, one by one the boys get hit and slowly are dying. From death to death the group gets more scared of living. After a time only Jisung and the girl stayed. They both promised to find each other outside the dream world if they die. At the end Jisung dies and the girl finds a way to die too. After she died she wakes up in a hospital room. Finding out that she got into an incident. She lied in the hospital bed for a few days and after she finally could stand up she got out of it finding the guys. After she finds out their in the hospital she runs to Jisung firstly. After she sees Jisung sitting on his bed and being in his world, she started to cry. After they both reunited she got the other boys which were also now able to go. They met all together and talked about their adventures.

(My thought was that they were in a bus accident all together, that's why they were connected (the bus driver having a bad dream with them included, making them land in the dream and stuck in there) but I guess you can find your own solution on why they were jumping between dreams)
