8. New friends

(Y/n pov)
After we got back home and ate dinner we just went straight to bed. I kept thinking about those two siblings. 'They were forced to become demons. They were human. Just like every other demon.' Tears stained my pillow as I lay on my side.

'Maybe I should quit.' I can't bear the thought of killing people who were once human.

"Kill Muzan for us. I hate him. I'm sorry for this."

Nyx words shot through my head. I sprang up hugging my legs. I have to kill Muzan. I promised that.

"*yawn* sleepy time" I fell back on the bed and went to sleep.

(Time skip to morning)

"Breakfeast!" Makios voice made my jump up from surprise. "Coming" I yelled back in a tired voice.

"Morning sleepy head" Tengen said while eating a rice ball. "Mmm yummy" I said while sitting down in the floor grabbing a rice ball.

"I head you slayer over 100 demons y/n. Good job" Hinatsuru said smiling at me.

"Thank you mom." I bowed slightly.

A moment later a crow came in and stood on the table. "Tengen Uzui. You are to see the master with you Tsukugo at this moment" the then flew away leaving us in question.

"The master wants to see us?" Tengen said looking out side. He got up after 2 seconds. "Ah well. If the master wishes to see us then we better get going".

(Time skip)
We had our uniforms on and made our way to a estate. 'Wow. It's so big'.

"Welcome to the masters estate. Please come in." The two girls from the final selection said leading us inside.

"Ah welcome Tengen" a man with half of his face purple. His eyes looked blind and had black hair.

Me and Tengen both sat down and bowed. "What is it you wish to talk about master?" Tengen said.

"I hear your Tsukugo had slayed over 100 demons in 5 days of just becoming a demon slayer. I have to say I'm impressed. That is why I would like to make you a new hashira, Y/n Uzui".

Me and Tengen were speechless. Me an new hashira? But i was to become a new sound hashira once Tengen retires.

"I understand if you are confused. But if you had killed an upper moon or slayed over 50 demons, then are you to become a new hashira."

He was right. I remember Tengen telling me about it.

"Sir. I-" "master. I will accept that my tsuguko will become a hashira. If it's ok with you, y/n".

I smiled at Tengen then looked at the master. "I accept my role as a new hashira". He smiled at me then called his crow.

"Tell the other hashira that we have a new member."

(Misturi pov)
I was eating with Iguro at a restaurant until masters crow came up to us. "We have a  new hashira in the demon corps. Come to the headquarters right now." Then the crow flew off.

"A new hashira huh?" I said petting a snake. "Oh I can't wait to see who they are. I bet the will be so cute" I said all happily.

(3rd pov)
The hashira, even tengen, were outside the headquarters waiting for the master. "I'm quite exited for another hashira" Shinobu said with a smile.

"The master is coming" the twins said as they got out of the way for the master. "Greetings my children" the master said. "Greeting master" said Tengen. 'Aww I wanted to be the one to welcome the master' misturi said in her head. "As you know, we have a new hashira joining us today. Everyone, meet . . ."
