The snow was falling on the streets as couples, and families held hands.  There was not a frown, a glump, or anger in sight. All was quiet with children sleeping.

Well . . . almost.

"THIS IS BULL$;*%!"

At the Uzui residence, y/n was home alone. The Christmas tree was put up with tinsel and lights. But not a soul could share it with her.

"I can't believe they left on Christmas Eve! What is with this honeymoon crap?!"

Tengen went to Hawaii with the three women. He couldn't take her on the count of being so young. But why leave her home alone?

"Ugh! I'm bored. Is anyone else alone right now?" Y/n got up and went to the phone. She called the first person she could think of.

"Hello." A monotone voice answered.

"Muichiro! Are you doing anything right now?" Some part of Y/n hoped he would say no.

"Um . . . yeah. My brother is screaming at some Christmas movies." Muichiro said. In the background, Yuichiro, Muichiro's twin brother, was screaming something about shooting an eye out.

"Ah . . . I see." Y/n was bumed. So was Muichiro. He wanted to see her for the holidays, but family comes first.
"That's not right!" "Yuichiro calm down!"

"Well I guess happy holidays." Y/n said trying not to sound bumed. "Y-yeah. You too."

They ended the call. Y/n sighed. Then her phone ranged. "Hello?" She asked.
"Hello! Your favorite guy is here!" A male voice shouted through the phone.

"Oh. Hello Tamaki." Y/n smiled. "Where's Amame?"
"He's getting us two hot cocos. Say, want to join us?"

"Wouldn't I be third wheeling?" Y/n smirked. "Nah! You are like a sister to us. Or do prefer sibling?"

Tamaki was Amane's boyfriend. They have been dating for half a year now.

"Well you know I can't. I have family matters to attend to." Y/n didn't want to be seen as a looser.

"No you don't. Your all alone." Tamaki said. "I saw your families social media. You have no plans."

'IM GOING TO KILL YOU!!!!!!'
"Okay. I'll go get ready." Y/n tried not to sound murderous.

(Time skip)

"Wow you actually are lonely!" Tamaki said a little to loudly.

"You are lucky I care for your boyfriend not to hurt you."

"You actually came!" Y/n felt someone hug her from behind. "Amane!!" They both hugged before sitting down. Amane sat next to Tamaki.

"I thought Kyoya was joking when he said you were coming." Amane said.

"Yeah. My family is up in Hawaii. And my sisters are probably getting drunk as we speak."

Y/n sisters always go to bars and party on Christmas Eve. They do it to make their parents mad. Mainly to forget the holidays because of them.

"So I was thinking-" y/n got interrupted by her phone ringing. "Excuse me one moment." The two boys let their friend leave.

"Do you really have to act like that?" Amane pouted. Tamaki chuckled. "You're cute when you pout."
"Just answer the question."
". . . you know how I get jealous." Tamaki muttered.

Amane chuckled and blushed a little. He tucked a piece of Tamaki's dark hair behind his ear. Tamaki blushed.

"No need to get jealous. We like other people."

Tamaki smiled and kissed Amane's cheek.

"I love you my little cutie~" Tamaki side hugged Amane.

~Meanwhile~

"Hello?"

"Y/n! You got to help us!" Amara yelled from the other end.

"Woah woah woah! Calm down! What happened?"
"Kagome got to drunk and she blacked out! We walked here so we are stuck!" Y/n heard Amara and Sakura cry.

'Well I don't have a car . . .' Y/n trailed her thoughts.

(Timeskip)

"Sorry to make you do this, Mrs. Tokito." Y/n apologized.

"No worries. I'm sure these girls had a fun time." She chuckled.

Y/n called Muichiro after ending the call with her sisters. She told the boys what was happening and they just let her go.

Mrs. Tokito let the three girls stay in their guest bedroom. Yuichiro was not happy about it.

"Why do we have to lend three drunk girls in our house!? It's not Merry at all!!" Yuichiro yelled.

"And so is not helping those who need it. We had an opportunity to help, and we did. Is that what Christmas is all about?" Mr. Tokito told his son. Yuichiro huffed and stormed off.

"Tough night?" Y/n looked to the side of her to see Muichiro staring at her.

"Sigh, yeah. My adoptive family went to Hawaii. My sister's are drunk. All my friends are booked. I'm alone." Y/n muttered.

She hated being alone on Christmas. Especially since she never really got to experience it at a younger age.

All of a sudden, Muichiro grabbed her hand and led her out the door.
"Waa! Muichiro! Stop! What is going on!!"

They kept running as the winter air filled their lungs. Although y/n was too distracted to see the snow falling, her eyes kept on the back of Muichiro's long, dark hair.

It was a moment later when they stopped at small playground.

"You are the worst!" Y/n smacked his hand out of hers. The confusion overpowered the sadness she felt before.

"Shh." Muichiro placed a finger over his mouth. Y/n hushed up and waited.

"Listen."

But Y/n didn't hear anything. Even when she closed her eyes. No crickets chirping, no water splashing, no cars running, no people chattering. It was just silence around them. She found it . . . quite nice.

"I go out here. To get away from the problems." Muichiro said. Y/n looked at him as the snow clung to his hair.

"I can't stand the look of you looking like you want die." Muichiro looked dead in the eye to y/n. He was being genuine.

"I heard you spend time with loved ones on Christmas. I am very happy to spend it with the boy I love the most right now." Y/n smiled.

Muichiro took a moment to process what she said. Y/n saw that he was so red it looked out of place with all the snow.

Y/n blushed just as red too. "S-s-sorry! I-I just-"

Muichiro crashed into y/n. Their lips warming each others. The cold returned after a moment.

". . . WHA-?! HUH?!" Y/n was spitting jibberish now. Muichiro couldn't help but laugh.

"Why are you laughing?! You just kissed me!" "Hahaha!"

Y/n never seen him laugh before. He looked cute.

"You look like a cat."

Muichiro stopped laughing. Y/n started laughing in his place.

"You were a tease! So you get what you deserve!" Y/n calmed down and looked into Muichiros eyes.

"Merry Christmas, Muichiro."

"Merry Christmas, y/n."

The two shared another kiss under the moonlight as the snow came down with the stars barely showing.
