Maddie walking like a zombie into the main floor "Tired?" Tony voice filling the air "Hungover is the word actually, Olive, Jasmine, and John took me out last night since having Willow and I pumped right before I left so I didn't have enough in me to keep me sober enough so I was hammered by my third drink" flopping down on the couch "So Barnes had her all night?"

"Ya I came home and found them sleeping on the couch" taking the water from Tony hand that he brought over "Thanks" he replies with a quick welcome before sitting down next to her "I'm surprised you didn't wake them up"

"I woke up Bucky but Willow was out and I only remembered because John was sobering me up on the drive home with a burger and fries" happily taking the assorted nuts from Tony hand "Did you pump and dump this morning?" putting a small handful into his mouth "Ya I did my boobs hurt so much because I went 8 hours without pumping, I usually pump every 4 hours and whenever they wake me in the night"

"You should probably dump your next pump as well just to be safe" suggesting "Ya I plan on it letting them rest for a minute and then I'm going to pump in like 45 mins"

"Sounds good, did you have fun?" Handing her another handful of nuts "From what I can remember ya I did have a good time but I feel old as hell going out knowing I got a kid at home"

"Yep kids will make you feel old real quick"

"Especially her with her growing up so fast I feel like I'm going to miss something, Bucky said I didn't miss anything she has her bath and her playtime and then she got her bedtime story and she fell asleep for a few hours then woke up because she was hungry and he fed her and she fell asleep on his chest so he just let her stay there for the night till I got home then he put her to bed then me because I was a stumbling mess"

"She's going to grow up and it's okay if you miss a first. I missed Morgan first word and at first it killed me and then I got over it because you will miss a first it might be her first steps it might be her first word it could be anything but don't beat yourself up over it because it's not worth it when there are so many other first"

"Do you and Bucky have the same projector my god you two know how to give speeches" looking behind her looking for the projector "Comes with age" Maddie eyes getting huge "What?" Looking over his shoulder confused on why her eyes are so large.

"How am I going to tell her that her dad is over a hundred years old" slamming her hands on the top of her head"

"You'll figure it out and you don't need to be thinking about it now she is still a baby she won't understand age till she is like 7 so you got time"

"What about the media I mean she will see it and then her being at school-Is there anything from me last night?!" Quickly changing topics "Uh no not that I have seen and FRIDAY hasn't notified me the only thing they are still talking about it the photos they got of her and Bucky watching the sunsets for the past week"

"Okay that's good I don't need to be labeled as a bad mom for going out" letting a sigh regretting what he is about to say "Maddie here's the sad truth. You will always be judged and be told your a bad mom by others because you aren't them. Pepper got a shit ton of hate when photos emerged of Morgan not in designer clothes because 'she is a billionaire daughter she needs designer' but then we got her a pair of shoes that were designer and then it was 'Babies don't need designer! Just because her dad is a billionaire doesn't mean she needs to flaunt the wealth she was born in' doesn't matter what you do they will hate you but you can't let people who aren't raising her tell you how to. She is your daughter and Bucky daughter so don't let what they say change that"
