"Milady, are you alright?" He asked me and I arched my brow. What's he talking about?

I touched my face only to feel water. Is it raining? Wait... These are tears.

I quickly wiped the wet liquid flowing on my cheeks. I felt my face burning up. This was the second time he's seen me this vulnerable.

What if Bella sent him to spy on me so she could obtain my weakness? Yes, that would be a huge possibility.

I didn't spare him a glance and started walking near the boulders. This could be a nice place to eat.

Without looking at him, I instructed, "Prepare our meals. We only have a few minutes to spare."

"Yes, milady." He immediately put the bag on the ground and searched for our food.

We ate in less than twenty minutes and now we've reached another forest.

In the game: it was explained like this, one must travel from the where they came from to a forest, then to the mountains, and once again, a forest. If one was successful to do so, you must be able to see a huge cave after the travels. In this cave lived the Black Elder Dragon.

However, the second forest was not the same as the first one. This forest was the forest of fears. As the name suggested, one's greatest fears lied in here.

The first forest is the test of courage and survival. Next, the mountains, the test of resilience and patience. The second forest, the test of bravery and strength, both mental and physical. The, the last trial was held in a cave.

Now, as a reincarnation, I don't know if I would see my real one, as Sandy or Heather's fears. If both, then, I could fail. But, that's not an option.

I inhaled before stepping into the black land. Here we go, you got this. Do it for dad and yourself, and maybe for Heather, as well.

I must do this to survive. That way, I could see my real family again.

I heard clatering from afar. The trees and bushes also moved harshly as the wind passed. I looked behind me to see Adam with a straight face. Wow, this is not affecting him in the slightest.

I took another step and almost fell to the ground. Good thing, Adam caught me.

But, what is this? He's shaking so badly. His breaths are hitching, as well.

Is he scared?

Ah, he must be like me. Not wanting other people to see out weaknesses. Oh well, that's the only thing I can empathize with. No time to think about other people.

"Dad!" I heard a girl's cry. I looked to my side to see the thirteen year old me.

Dad... This was when we were stuck in the middle of nowhere.

"Ah! Dad, wake up! There are a lot of snakes! Dad!" The girl yelled, little did she know that her dad was poisoned by one those snakes, that's why he couldn't wake up. He almost died from that.

The scene changed. Ah, this must be from my real family, before my other dad took me in as a trainee in martial arts.

"Sandara, your sister is only five, can't you be a little more considerate?" The woman asked her seven year old daughter. This was when my younger sister wanted my doll.

"But, mom. You gifted this to me on my seventh birthday. Can't you just buy a new one for Mandy?" The girl asked. Hah! Mandy already have millons of stuff and yet she still wanted what was mine.

"But, I want that one, Sandy." A tear escaped the girl's eyes as she handed her beloved doll. I have never seen that doll nor had any gifts from them ever again.
