Zale. He has long, red hair, emerald green eyes, and tanned skin.
"It really must be. So, you're from the werewolf tribe. I heard that they reject those who aren't strong enough. I assume that you aren't one of them." Okay, not gonna lie. That was a little mean.
"Y–yeah. Totally. I'm strong, after all." Pfft, what a liar. You're a rogue, dog.
"Is that so? You see, as a fairy, we have traditions to challenge those who are rumored that are stronger than us. It's a procedure to know the hierarchy among our race. What do you think?" You're such a huge liar, Goldie.
"It's late at night. Can't you two wait for the sun rise?" Bella chuckled nervously.
"Sure, why not?" Bella gripped on him tighter, as if she's saying that he shouldn't.
"Well, where could you have your duel? It's late at night." My oldest brother, Jeremy, asked.
"I heard there's a brawling area nearby. Why don't we have a little trip to the main attraction of the town? I'm new here, after all?" Darius proposed an idea. How did he know that? He's been locked up in his home for thousands of years. Perhaps, someone has told him. Oke of the fairies, maybe.
"Well, if you must. We'll go after dinner, then." My other brother, John, eyes father.
"Why'd you do that?" I whispered as I kicked his foot under the table.
He covered his mouth with his hand and responded, "because it's fun. Our fight was also interrupted earlier. I'm still hungry, you see."
"Shall we go?" Father stood from his chair and so did we.
"My lady, may I assist you?" This guy seriously deserves an Oscar. He's probably better than half of the Hollywood stars.
"Yes, you may." I took his hand as he escorted me out the manor.
"As expected, this town is beautiful at night. Just like you are, only you're always beautiful." Who is this cringy man? That is so cliche, dude.
"My, don't you have a way of words?"
"Only for you, my love." My heart leaped for a second. Did he just call me "my love"?! Huh?! I turned to him and he had a huge grin plastered on his face.
Bella faked a cough and pulled Zale near to him. "Since we're already here, why don't we enjoy the scenery?"
"Well, I suppose we have time to spare." I shrugged and Darius complied.
After a few minutes, our feet dragged us to the fighting area.
"Who wants to go next?!" A man yelled so we joined a deafening crowd.
"Here we are." Darius extended his hand to Zale. "Are you ready to have a test of strength?" Zale shook hands with him.
"Let's go do this." Zale said as he tore his shirt. Why did he do that? Oh my God, did he think that that was attractive?
"Go, Zale. You can do this!" Bella shouted then she faced me with a smug on her face. "Why don't you cheer for your suitor, sister?"
"Darius, if you win, I shall give you a kiss." Of course, that's a fluke. I'm just saying that.
"You hear that, that is worth than any place in the hierarchy." Darius smirked, rolling his arm.
"Alright, gentleman. This match contains three rounds. Whoever have more wins shall be declared the victor!" The referee announced.
