"It's okay eomma, I would never hurt her." sabi ni Chef with a soft sweet voice.
"Good, love each other, ok?" sabi ng mom niya. Parang natusok yung puso ko, parang nasaktan ako for Chef dahil sure ako burden niya ako dahil sa kalokohang nagawa ko.
"Hija, tell me kung hindi pa titino si Jisoo, ok? I'm always here for you. Bond with you soon, ok?" I just nod to her, kissed her cheek, and hugged back to her.
Paglabas na paglabas ng mom nila, "Chef, I'm sorry. I-I really am." my eyes starting to become teary nanaman.
Hinawakan niya ako sa kamay ko both hands with soft eyes and smile. "It's okay, you don't have to worry anything. Ikaw yung dehado dito. Ikaw yung ma stuck up sakin kapag nagkataon." hindi ako nakasalita.
'Shit! This guy is really thoughtful and considerate... and softie pag dating sakin? Well, ang harsh niya kasi kay Lisa and Jennie a while ago before dumating yung mom nila.'
"So, I hate to break your sweet moment but anong plano niyo?" Jennie suddenly asked.
I was about to say something pero biglang nag ring yung phone ko.
"Hello?" napatingin sakin si Chef at napatingin din ako. "Sorry, labas lang ako it's about work. May emergency yata." nag nod sakin si Chef, hindi ko na pinansin yung dalawa and mabilis na ako lumbas ng office ni Chef.
Yeji is calling on the other line.
"Atty. Park, merong nagpuntang attorney dito and you won't believe me kapag sinabi ko kung sino."
"I'm in the middle of something right now and alam mo naman na naka off ako today." naiinis na sabi ko sa assistant kong si Yeji.
"Ang KJ mo talaga Atty. Palagi ka na lang seryoso. But anyway, Atty. Yoon Kyungso drop off dito kanina and he's looking for you." napaisip ako.
"Sinong Atty. Yoon Kyungso?"
"Omo, bakit hindi mo siya kilala?" makulit na sabi nito. "Atty. Yoon ang executive lawyer ng Kim Industries!" nahintuan ako sa sinabi niya.
"B-bakit niya ko hinahanap?" nagtatakang sagot ko.
"Hindi ko rin alam, nung sinabi ko sakanya na wala ka. He just bows at me and leave."
"Ok sige. Update mo na lang ako."
"Ok atty. Ingat bye."
Pagpasok ko ng pintuan, nakita ko si Chef na nakangiti sakin. Hindi ko alam kung bakit nag skip a beat yung puso ko. Then umupo ako sa tabi niya.
"So, Chae, my Jisoonie wants you to decide sa mangyayari sa relationship niyo." Nakatingin lang siya sakin at naka smile.
