James's Point of View, as per I asked if you wanted it, you, obviously, said yes, so here it is.
"SIRIUS! NO!" Lily's voice screamed, I couldn't see her, Sirius was reaching out for her though, but he obviously didn't get to her in time, as the Death Eaters reached the edge of the anti-apperation zone and disapperated, taking the love of my life with them... just after I'd gotten her back again.
"EVANS?! EVANS!!" Sirius yelled into the night.
"EVANS! COME BACK!! EVANS!!!"
"Lily... LILY!!" Alice screamed into the night, running to the end of the garden.
I was frozen, unable to move out of shock.
"Lily? Lily was here." Remus blinked.
"And you knew?!" he demanded, glaring at Sirius.
"Of course I knew." Sirius whispered, voice tight.
"I told her it wasn't safe. She told me she'd be fine. I should never've listened to her, I should have made her go inside." he kicked the fence in anger.
"You didn't tell us she was here... why?" Marlene hissed.
"I don't think she wanted you to know. GOD DAMMIT IT EVANS!! WHY DIDN'T YOU LISTEN?!" Sirius bellowed into the wind, I could hear the tears threatening to spill from his eyes, he didn't cry, the only time I've seen him cry was when I almost died when a Bludger smashed my skull in.
"Because she never listens." Isabelle whispered, tears streaming down her face.
"No, she was just cocky and ignorant." Remus fumed, balling and unballing his fists.
"She should have known they'd recognise and come after her. She thought she was safe."
"Calm down Remus. Lily's stronger than you think, she can, will, get through this. But we need to help." Isabelle said firmly, though her eyes were still puffy from the tears that hadn't stopped flowing.
"That's not possible." Sirius snorted.
"What's not?" Marlene growled.
"Lily can't be stronger than we think she is." he shook his head.
"Because she's probably the strongest person I've ever met."
"Oh but she is... do you remember in third year when she was in the Hospital Wing?" Alice whispered.
"Yeah... for a burning curse." Sirius said.
"No... dragon fire." Marlene said sadly.
"We were out, Romania or somewhere, and we came across two fighting dragons... when they noticed us they seemed to agree to settle it later... after they'd killed us... but Lily, being the person she is... she confronted them, she didn't last very long... but it was enough time for us to escape. The day after we came back to Hogwarts... Lily going to St Mungo's before she was transferred to Pomfrey."
"And you know what she said to us when we were allowed to see her?" a ghost of a smile flickering across their faces as Isabelle said that.
"She said that it was just a minor hot water burn... her skin was bubbling, bubbling! And she said it was nothing to worry about... as long as we didn't get hurt. She actually asked if we were alright after that." Alice smiled sadly.
"What happened to you lot again?" Sirius raised an eyebrow.
"Absolutely nothing. Lily'll make it. Don't underestimate her." Marlene said seriously.
