I woke up and groaned it was a Sunday today and I had nothing better to do than find out why Potter was Head Boy. So I dressed and went out the door to go to the Gryffindor common room. Fortunately for me, as I did not know the password, Potter was leaning against the wall next to the portrait. I walked up to him with out him noticing. Suddenly his head snapped up and his eyes met mine and before I knew what was happening I was in a hug? I quickly pushed him off of me.
"Where were you last night?" He asked.
"The question is where were you last night?"
"Where was I? In the Gryffindor Tower of course. Back to my original question where were you?"
"Heads Tower" I answered then promptly walked away.
"Evans!"
"What Potter?"
"How come no one told me?"
I laughed at his stupidity. "It was in the letter."
"Was it?" He asked stupidly.
"Uh, yeah it was. Now if you don't mind, I'm leaving, see ya"
He just stood there with a stupid expression on his face as I ran to the Great Hall.
I sat down and had some bacon on toast. Thinking that I was going to be confronted by Potter I ate quickly and ran back to my dorm.
"Cookies" I managed to tell the doe I called over through my panting.
The painting opened, I sprinted through and slammed the door shut. As I panted I took time to look around the common room. I was to tired yesterday to notice what it looked like, it had a red couch with gold stripes, two gold armchairs with red stripes, two love seats, one with red, gold and white and the other a green ,not unlike my eyes, with hazel, I was guessing that this was Potter's eye colour, in an attractive pattern. There was a nice fireplace in the side of the room where the couches were and four small desks in the opposite corner of the room and finally a nice balcony just in between the staircases. It truly was amazing.
Just then there was a tapping on the portrait and on my side it became like a large peep hole so I could see who it was. It was Potter.
Sighing I opened the portrait to let Potter in. When I did though he fell flat on his face. I was in hysterics at the look of utter surprise on his face before he fell.
He got up and dusted himself off, he had a grumpy look on his face. "That wasn't funny Evans!"
"Uh, yeah it was!" and I promptly went back to hysterics from one look at the look on his face.
The next week passed by slowly.
On the Saturday I had an epiphany. I had to get my friends in on this.
"Alice! Marlene! Isabelle!"
"Yea"
"I just had an amazing idea from this epiphany I had!"
"Well?"
I shook my head. "Not here. Follow me!"
I led them to the Room of Requirement.
I paced in front of the wall three times thinking; 'I need a comfortable sound-proof place to tell them a secret.'
A door emerged from the wall and I wasted no time in hauling them through that door.
"OK" I said as soon as we were all comfy. "Well, I was thinking you know how I said I was going to be more like my usual self this year?" I said.
"Yeah" said Marlene slowly.
"Well, I think we should all do it."
I waited for their response. If we were all who we were out side of school inside school we would easily be some of the rowdiest people in this school.
"HELL YEAH!!" Of course this response was from Marlene.
"Count Me In!!" Alice
Isabelle looked thoughtful before shouting "FUCK YES!!"
"Well then it's settled then." I said clapping my hands together. "We are forming a rock band!"
They looked at me like I was crazy, seriously, mouths agape and everything.
"Oh come on. I know for a fact you all brought your instruments and I can transfigure our appearances to look different so we don't get embarrassed or anything."
"We're just pulling your leg!"
"Yeah, 'course we will"
"No doubt about it!"
