Danny's POV
New York City, NY
Billie got out of the bath around 30 minutes ago, We talked, not about personal subjects but essentially light topic questions, like her favorite color, tv show, music artists, etc. When I brought Billie in from being out in the car I noticed Daniel and Claudia giving angry looks.
I heard arguing and then Daniel was gone I wonder what happened, I will probably ask Claudia later or visit him after I and Billies hang out tonight. I think Billie needs the break and to be honest, I don't expect her to tell me off the swing about what happened in her last relationship but I would like to know it seems like she was hurt really badly.
As of right now Billie just needs a breather all the business, interviews, photoshoots, and more in New York don't start until next week at least that's what Danny told me during the ride to the Airbnb so Billie needs this week to herself and I'm going to make it my responsibility to do so.
I told Billie to put on something comfortable because I planned on us catching a drive-in movie with takeout. Tonight at the showing they are presenting Love Simon, It's personally one of my favorites, I shared this with Billie and she stated that she had never seen the movie so we are going to watch it tonight.
I hope she enjoys it, it's not like a date but just a friendly hang-out but I know how the media likes to put their spin on everything so I have to be careful. I've been waiting for around 30 minutes since Billie got out of the bath. It is currently 8:47 PM and the movie starts at 9:20 PM, I've already been to this vegan Asian noodle spot and premade our orders all we have to do is get them and drive to the movie. While I go over all the plans in my head Billie finally walks out in black sweatpants, a black Taylor Hawkins memorial shirt, and her unreleased sneakers I think they look pretty dope.
"You ready to go angel?" I ask to get her riled up. Billie blushes but tries to cover it up like a didn't notice. "Ye-yeah of course, where are going anyways?" She asks a little confused. "That's for me to know and you to find out baby" I send my signature smirk which makes her blush again but she doesn't hide it. We say goodnight to Finneas and Claudia and exit the Airbnb
We are currently in the car with our take-out watching the movie, We are at the part where Simons's mom tells him to exhale one of my favorite parts of the movie as I'm concentrating on the screen I hear soft sniffles, I look over to see Billie bawling her eyes out on this scene, "Billie?" I ask in a concerning manner. She sniffs and replies "Yeah?" she says as she is still crying. "Are you ok?" I ask leaning closer to her to dry her tears that have been non-stop falling. "I'm ok I just got a little choked up, I don't even know why I'm crying" She lets out a frustrated puff, "I'm just an emotional wreck I'm sorry for ruining the night" Billie state sincerely.
"Hey" I grab her shoulder and rub it back and forth. "It's ok, love stop apologizing we still have 20+ more minutes on the movie and this night is far from ruined, You have all reasons to be an emotional wreck you have to stop putting on a strong front and let go," I state while letting her seat back a little and bringing her to my side to cuddle her as we continue watching the movie.
The movie has ended and when I look over to ask Billie how she like the movie she is half-asleep. I don't bother waking her instead I text Daniel stating that I'll be coming over soon. Billie is still knocked out before I pull out of the drive-in I receive a message from Daniel asking what I was doing, I state nothing considering I didn't know if Billie wanted to notify Daniel.
As I pull out of the drive-in and drive back to the Airbnb Billie is still sleeping at the point I'm convinced she is knocked out. I silently put on the brakes while pulling into the Airbnb garage, I grab my phone and put it in my pocket. I close my door softly to not wake Billie but I'm convinced that if I slammed it she still wouldn't wake up. I slowly unlock the door and am suddenly greeted by Claudia and Finneas in the living room watching Grey's Anatomy.
Claudia looks at me and shakes her head as a signal to take Billie to bed. I don't want to overstep but also I know Billie doesn't like outside clothes on her bed. I proceed to take off her shoes and socks, her shirt which leaves her in a lacy bra and keep her sweatpants on. I put everything in the laundry bin and go back to pull the covers over Billie as I'm exiting the room I hear a faint voice "Please stay, I mean if you want to" I smirk at her shyness. I walk out the door and walk towards the kitchen for a water bottle once I come back to the room I get under the covers. Billie snuggles into me like earlier today and lets a relaxed breath. I wrap my arm around her while soothingly rubbing her arm up and down. Billie yawns and falls asleep. I slowly doze off and fall asleep cuddling Billie.

Billies POV

LOOK AT YOU YOUR WORTHLESS BILLIE ALL YOU DO IS EAT HOW ABOUT YOU EXERCISE, YOU SAY YOU GIVE ME EVERYTHING BUT HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL LOOKING AT THAT ALL DAY, WHY CAN'T YOU LOOK LIKE CLAUDIA HUH? He yells at me I start to slight tic which I instantly regret. WHAT NOW BILLIE? YOUR GONNA TIC YOURSELF OUT OF THIS LIKE ALWAYS EVERY TIME WE HAVE A CONVERSATION YOU TIC LIKE AN IDIOT, "I-i-am S-o-sorry" NO STOP APOLOGIZING BILLIE IM DONE WITH YOUR CRAP YOU DO NOTHING TO BENEFIT ME YOU DON'T EVEN COOK. YOU ARE NOTHING BUT A WORTHLESS PIECE OF SHIT GO KILL YOURSELF.
"Please I'll do better" I cry out before I knew it I felt a sting on my face it takes me a minute to fathom what happened. I made him mad this is my fault, I have to be better, before he walks away I'm met with his fist then he-
I wake up gasping for air, I start to feel lightheaded I panic not being able to breathe which shortens my breath, I feel someone behind me holding my shoulders, I start to feel safe, my breathing gets back to a regular pace as my breathing slows down I close my eyes. I'm greeted by the voice of Danny whispering in my ear "Shhhh your ok now angel, I got you, your ok baby" She rocks me back and forth until my breaths even out.
Claudia and Finneas walk into the room I'm guessing Danny yelled out when she saw me gasping for air. Claudia comes over and hugs me along with Finneas we enjoy the silence with everyone asking what happened, although I don't elaborate I just say a nightmare and change the subject. During the silence Danny's phone is blowing up I glance over and see that it's Daniel I wonder what he wants, then I Finneas phones synchronize meaning we got the same message, there was a link as I click the link I freeze my body goes cold I gasp and drop my phone this cannot be happening I'm not ready.
