Starlight (Yelena Belova and Kate Bishop one shots)

Taken away

You almost get kidnapped on a mission but Yelena takes your place. It does not go well.

" Y/n, where are you ? " You heard Yelena's panicked voice coming out of your talkie walkie.

" Probably not too far from you. " You replied, trying to get her to calm down. " I'm okay El, there's no need for you to worry like this. Did...something happened ? "

" Something doesn't feel right. I think we fell into a trap ! "

" What trap ? What are you talking ab..."

Someone snatched the talkie away from you before you could finish your sentence and you raised your head slowly.

Right in front of you, stood six men with their gun pointed at you.

You could still hear Yelena screaming in the talkie but one of the men crushed the device with his bare hands.

Fuck, they were definitely not joking.

" You're going to follow us. " The one who looked like their chief grabbed your arm. " Dreikov wants to have a conversation with you. "

You froze at the name. Of course you had never seen him but you knew him well enough.

Yelena begged him not to hurt her almost every nights in her nightmares.

You tried to think of a way to escape but quickly understood that it was pointless.

You were outnumbered and they would probably kill you if you attempted to flee.

The chief dragged you towards what looked like a jet as you desperately screamed your girlfriend's name.

Yelena would get you out of this situation. She always did.

" Let. Her. Go. " The blonde's protective voice almost made you cry in happiness. " Let her go or I'll kill you all ! "

" I know you would be perfectly capable of doing this, White Widow. " Your kidnaper answered coldly. " But I believe we have something that belongs to you. "

He pressed a gun against your forehead, snickering ominously and Yelena went white.

You could see that she was debating whether or not try to take him down. But of course, she didn't do anything. She coudn't risk losing the girl she was in love with.

" We both know Dreikov doesn't want her. " The blonde stated, lowering her weapon. " Y/n doesn't have anything to do with this. "

" You're right. " The man laughed again. " Dreikov doesn't care about your precious little girlfriend and he will probably order her execution. Unless you give him what he really wants..."

You looked at Yelena, unable to understand his words. Then she started talking and everything became clear.  Too clear.

" Let her go and I'll come with you. " Your girlfriend told him, defeated. " Just take me and leave her alone. "

" Yelena, no ! " You screamed at her. " You can't go back to this man ! Who knows what he will do to you ? "

" I won't let them take you Y/n."
Yelena dropped her weapon and raises both of her hands.
" Whatever happens to me, I'll come back to you. I promise. "

You watched her come closer to the group of men, not trying to fight against any of them.

Then you received a hard blow on the back of your head and everything went black.

" Y/n. " A voice disturbed your sleep. " Y/n, where is my sister ! I need to know where she is ! "

You jerked away and witnessed Natasha, kneeled down next to you.

Then you remembered everything. You remembered that the girl you loved had just been taken to the place she had sworn she would never come back to.

" Yelena's in terrible danger Nat. " You blurted out, fighting back your tears. " And we absolutely need to help her. "

I know it's too short but I'm really really busy and I didn't want to leave you without anything for too long. I'll try to update the next part soon :-).
