I reach out to feel Jacob, but he isn't there. I rub my eyes and sit up. Looking at the clock, it's 12:58. I get up, grab some blue jean high-waisted shorts with a grey crop that says 'Homies' along with my underwear and head to the bathroom.

I take,what seems to be, a 20 minute shower considering I washed my hair. After blow drying and straightening my hair, I grab my phone from the charger to call my baby. His phone goes straight to voicemail, that's weird. He's probably just at practice or something.

Just as I begin to cover my bagel with strawberry cream cheese, my phone rings.
Excited, I beam,"Bae why didn't you tell me I wouldn't be waking up to yo fine ass ?!"
"Kali. Who do you think this is ?" Looking at the phone, I see Kim's name.
"Awe girl , my bad I thought you was Jacob. What's up ?" I say feeling silly.
"Girl nothing really. I was wondering why haven't you come to class today. Guess Jacob took my roommate from me." She laughs.
Ooh shit, I do have classes today. I guess I lost track of the days. I now have 3 days til I graduate.
"I been having so much fun, I forgot about school. I guess Ima just take today off and email the homework to my teachers. Ima come home today to get back on schedule. I'll be there soon, just make sure Terrence don't take my roommate from me." I laugh.
"Alright, see you then." Kim says and I hang up.

5'O'clock in the evening

Damn. What the fuck did I just do ?
I grab my phone as I put my pants on. Notifications everywhere.

I look at the time, 5:34. Fuck. I gotta get up outta here. I grab my keys and head for the door. Before I can leave, Michelle then walks in the room, laughing.

Feeling like she planned this, I say,
"Fuck you laughing for ? Ain't shit funny. You could have woke me up at 1'o'clock."
Smiling, Michelle responds," I was just scared that someone would break in. I didn't want the alarm system to go off again. That's why I called you. Plus, Jay I miss you. I told you it wouldn't be over."
Now even angrier,"Why the fuck you smiling ? I bet yo ass set this up. Had me coming over here to make sure you good, when all you wanted was some dick to get even with my girl for the other night. My dumb ass fell for your bullshit again."

Flashbacks of bussing in Michelle's mouth run through my mind. I ain't gone lie, her head game strong as fuck. Shorty ain't got no gag reflexes. But, damn. I cheated on Kal. I didn't even plan to. Fuck, fuck, fuck.

Michelle's hand grabbing my dick, snaps me out of my thoughts.
"Bitch get cho fucking hands off me."
Releasing me and smirking, she says,"You wasn't saying that this morning."
"Yea, because yo neck strong. But, you know I'on want you. I'm happy with Kali." I say, closing the door behind me.

I rode home thinking about what I should do. Should I tell Kali ? Should I not tell Kali ? I'm really disappointed in myself because I planned on being faithful.

When I get home, I yell," Kal ! Baby, where are you ?"
After I receive no response, I wander through the house to find nobody here. Remembering my notifications from earlier, I go to my messages.

KaeBae:
Bae where are you ? 2:41pm

Jay are you okay ? I'm starting to get worried. 3:36pm

Jacob where the fuck are you ? Why aren't you accepting my calls ? 4:09pm

I take a minute to think of an excuse. Then I think, practice. I'll tell her I was at practice and coach had us going strong for 5 hours and I decided to practice my layups so, I stayed another hour.

I text:
Hey babe, sorry I just got home from practice. Everything's cool. Where are you ?
She immediately texted back:
Jacob you had me worried. What the fuck is wrong with you ? You didn't even leave a note saying you'd be gone. I'm at home, getting ready for classes tomorrow. This my last week before I graduate Friday.
I forgot she graduates Friday. I completely forgot about school when I got drafted. I really can't tell her I cheated now, that'll fuck up everything.

Me: I know and I got something realll special for you . Baby my body sore, I need a massage. Grab your stuff for this week, I'm on my way.

KaeBae: No, Jay. It doesn't work like that. I know it's petty but you're on punishment for what you did today. Plus, I wanna spend these last 3 days with my roommate.

Punishment ? Is she serious ? Mann fuck it. Whatever.

I reply:
K. Whatever.

I head upstairs to take a shower. After taking my shower I check my phone. Nothing from Kal. Guess I'll call it a night.

Kali

My alarm goes off at exactly 7:30am.
I hop out of bed, excited for today. I look across the room to find Kim gone. Of course.

Trying to keep it cute and conservative, I settle on a black romper along with my Gucci flip flops and red Michael Kors purse.

I grab my shades, keys and head out.
In honor of my last 2 days of school, I decide to treat myself to a caramel latte with double caramel shots. After waiting in line for what seems like 30 minutes, I'm next up. But before I get served, someone taps me on my shoulder.
Turning around to a smiling fine ass lightskin guy, he says,
"Hey. I know this may be a little awkward but would you be interested in modeling ?"
Shocked by his question, I ask," Me ? Modeling ? Ohh, I don't know. I've never tried it."
"Experience is beyond question. Your beauty speaks for you. I'd love to have you be the face of my new drink." He says.
"Thank you. Sorry, I didn't catch your name. My name's Kali." I extend my hand.
"Ohh sorry, I'm Nicholas. Nick for short. Nice to meet you Kali." He says, shaking my hand.
My order now up, I rush,"Nice to meet you too. Look I'm kinda in a rush so if you can just give me your number, I'll be sure to follow up with you."
Nick gives me his card with a smile and says,"Again wonderful meeting you."
I smile and turn to give the cashier my order. After waiting 2 minutes, my latte is ready and I bolt to class.

3'O'clock ( After All Classes )

Kali

Classes today went fairly well. Not as intense as usual, but I'm not complaining. As I walk to my car, I remember that fine ass guy Nick wanted me to follow up with him.

I text:
Hey, it's me Kali. I decided I'd like to take you up on your offer.

When I get home, I flop on my bed and kick off my flip flops. After hearing my notification sound, I get up to fetch my phone.

Nick:
Wonderful. How about dinner tonight at 8 to go over the dynamics of the project ?
Me:
Sure, just let me know the restaurant.
Nick:
I'll be sure to as soon as I decide. See you then.

I immediately slip my flip flops on, grab my keys and purse, rushing to find the perfect outfit for tonight.
