Luffy POV
Luffy is seen talking with both teams JNPR and RWBY although they finally did manage to make him memorize their names although he was very dumb to learn their names quickly.
Luffy: What are those?
He points at the weapons that both teams have as they take them out and show them. Luffy eyes sparkle as he fanboys over how cool their weapons look until Ozpin Interrupts them.
Ozpin: Team RWBY I need to speak with you 4. As four you team JNPR I hope you can keep a close eye on Mister Luffy for now.
They nod as they walk out of the cafeteria leaving Team JNPR and Luffy standing there.
Jaune: So... what's your name?
Luffy: I'm Luffy I'm going to become King of the Pirates.
Team JNPR giggle at him which makes Luffy look at them serious
Luffy: What's so funny?
They look at his serious face which makes them stop laughing noticing that he is serous
Jaune: Wait you're serious?
Luffy: I would never lie about wanting to become king of the pirates.
Jaune: U-uh so did Ozpin make you a new student?
Jaune tries to make other topics so that they can ignore his seriousness which works unsurprisingly
Luffy: Oh, Ozzy said I'm going to become a new student.
Ren: Did you take the Initiation?
Luffy: No Ozzy said I'm strong enough when he saw me fighting those Gram (Grimm).
Nora: You must be very strong if mister Ozpin let you in without taking the test!
They keep on talking until Pyrrha notices that he doesn't have a weapon with him.
Pyrrha: So, what's your weapon?
Luffy puts his hands out as he smiles which confuses them all until Ren realizes what he means.
Ren: N-No way, you fight barehanded!?
Jaune: No way that's not Po-
Luffy: Hai!
They all look at him in both shock and disbelief.
Pyrrha: D-does it have to do with your semblance?
Luffy: Semblance?
They all fall down comedically as they get up quickly and start shaking him like he's crazy.
Jaune: You know your power that you get!
Luffy: Oh, you mean my devil fruit!
JNPR: Devil fruit?
Luffy: I ate the Gomu Gomu no Mi, I'm a rubber man.
He stretches his cheek extremely far which catches them off guard until Jaune shakes his head and focuses again.
Jaune: Anyways you need a weapon, your semblance is not strong enough for battle! Let's go guys!
They all nod with Luffy not really needing a weapon but he also wants to get a cool weapon like them.
Time skips with Team JNPR losing track of a curious Luffy
They had such a hard time getting Luffy through Vale, whenever they looked away for even a second Luffy would already be gone from their sight but eventually finally they reach blacksmith building, they look around with Luffy eyes brightening seeing all the weapons touching them like a child which makes them sigh.
