It has been two weeks since you had told Iida everything. The whole honest truth. Iida took this time to diligently to research more in depth the meaning of Asexuality. He even ordered a book.

The day after you had told him, he spent his entire night cooped up in his dorm eyes glued to his computer as he scrolled through website through website on google. He read personal blogs and reputable sources. He learned it was a spectrum and that every person likes certain things and has boundaries that one should never cross. Iida made a mental note to himself to ask you when he had the chance what your boundaries were.

So far you and Iida have only hugged, held hands, and did pecks on the lips and cheek. He assumed these were in the ok zone and not the no-no zone. He himself had no desire to change how things were now. Sure he wanted to further the relationship, but to him it was more deepening trust and companionship. He didn't feel sex was necessary now, and he was sure that if his future was you, he wouldn't care about demanding or needing it. It's not like he often did things self-wise. Sometimes, but not on a daily basis like some boys.

It's been two weeks and Iida was packing an overnight backpack for a weekend trip to a quirk training arena. 2A was leaving today and then leaving tomorrow night. It wasn't like past arena training, just simple testing to see how quirk development progressed. UA students were taking a bus, and you had already texted him if he wanted to sit with you. Iida didn't object and thought this was the perfect time.

Iida met you on the back of the bus. He smiled because it was the seat he wanted to choose for maximum privacy... well the most privacy you could get on a bus anyway. He sat down next to you. He went for your hand. "Hi."

"Hi." You pulled out a word search book. "Looky here. I brought this. It's level four which is the hardest level. I'm planning to finish at least 5 before we get there."

"Level four huh? Let's see if you can solve at least one."

"No faith in your girlfriend huh?" You teased Iida.

"I have all the faith in the world that you can do it." Iida said, trying to sound sarcastic.

You caught on to his terrible sarcasm and replied, "I'll show you." You turned your attention to circling words as you found them or made connections to the clues, but Iida wanted your attention to be turned to him. He wanted to know how to not offend or upset you and now seemed the only logical time to ask.

"Hey Y/N," Iida said. "Can we talk about — about asexuality." He whispered for privacy.

Your eyes widened from surprise that Iida would want to talk about it, especially right now. "Uh sure."

Iida shifted in his seat. "So I have been researching what it means to be ace and I came across boundaries and how it is a spectrum. I know we do light pecks and hugging, but I don't want to overstep and make you uncomfortable. So I guess what I am trying to ask you is, what are your boundaries?"

"Thank you for asking me. I'm surprised but grateful that you even considered researching." You gave his hand a few appreciated squeezes. "Everything we have done so far is okie dokie in my book. But things like ice cream kissing or touching my vagina is a no no."

"Ice cream kisses?" Iida raised his eyebrows in concern.

"You know," you explained, "with tongues and all. Slobbery licky ice cream kisses."

Iida playfully slapped his head. "Silly me. How could I have not put it together." He teased you.

"Alright let me go over it. So I can't touch you downstairs. Nay nay?"
