You sat in the cramped bus in between a dozing Denki and giddy Uraraka. UA had sent class 2A to a retreat in the mountains to put practice to their most recent unit on Search and Rescue Missions. It was a three day camp, which 2A would leave UA on Thursday night to arrive by early morning on Friday. At the camp you and your classmates would practice solo and team search and rescue, taking turns being the victims and team. Your class would also learn to perform first aid and other survival tactics with and without your quirks.

You did particularly mind bus rides, you did however mind when you were stuck in between polar opposites. Denki had originally been hyper and excited to go, while Uraraka had been exhausted and quiet. Now Denki was sleeping, his head bobbed and swung, until it found its resting place on your left shoulder. You didn't mind being his pillow, you did care about the pool of drool that had formed on your sweater.  Uraraka had taken two naps and plowed through a book, which now left her to bless your ears with facts on wildlife and her own personal thoughts on the whole trip.

You did your best to stay interested in the conversation, but eventually you opted to rest your own eyes. You were resting calmly, your mind wandering off imagining what the next few days will entail. You hoped that the training was some what easy.

The bus arrived to the main cabin around 7:30 in the morning, just in time for breakfast. Everyone began to exit the bus, lugging their backpacks or duffle bags. You poked Denki on the cheek, before reverting to the good old double threat: flick and hold, or flicking a person in the head and then proceed to pinch their nose to suffocate them. Denki jerked awake, not thrilled about his nap being ruined.

"Come on Y/N." He whined. "I'm so tired."

"Oh please. You have been sleeping for almost three hours." You gripped his wrist and dragged his lazy ass and both your bags out of the bus.

The air was crisp and cold. It would get warmer as the sun rose and the day progressed, but this coolness was welcomed by everyone who was all stuffy from the cramped ride. The camp was modest looking, all wood cabins with cloistered walkways connecting them. The main cabin was where locker rooms for changing for the activities, the dining room, and a lounge area was located. There were picnic tables outside, for the nights where the weather permitted a more scenic dining experience.

A women in a floor length coat approach Mr. Aizawa and shook his hand. "Welcome Aizawa. It's great to see you again."

"Likewise Suzume. I'm grateful as always for you lending us your camp for a few days."

"Of course!" Suzume beamed. "My little helpers will unload the bus for you in a few minutes. You guys can follow me this way. Breakfast is hot and ready in the dining area."

Everyone groggily shuffled along the coarse and rocky path, Bakugou kicking pebbles here and there, hitting Deku in the ankle accidentally a few times. You walked with Kirishima, who was a few paces behind Bakugou. He occasionally tapped his shoulder when Bakugou did something annoying or borderline mean saying, "It is too early," or, "that was not very nice."

You arrived at the dining hall and were amazed by the interior design. The dining table was one giant table in the form of a circle, or rather a ring; with a small section with foldable top, allowing for people to eat on the inside of the table facing their peers. You sat down next to Kirishima, Bakugou and Deku sat opposite of you. Ojiro sat to your left and you two made friendly conversation over breakfast about what you both were looking forward too.

The breakfast was not close to modest as the decor was. There were mountains of pancakes accompanied by pitchers of syrup, smoothies, and orange juice. There was bacon and sausages, fermented soybeans, thinly cut pieces of salmon, rice, all the different types of eggs ranging including: scrambled, over easy, fried, tamagoyaki, omurice, bowls of oats and cereal, plates loaded with vegetables, and beautiful fruit arrangements. Miniature bowls contained assortments of toppings from honey to powdered sugar, and pitchers of orange juice, milk, tea, and other fruity drinks were placed neatly on the table. Serving utensils accompanied each dish and each seat had a plate, bowl, and utensils.
