ACT 13 | STARLIT NIGHT

Edwin silently gazed at the two figures leaving out his house in the middle of the night.. Now seeing your young master who you are supposed to look after leave the house, in the middle of the night, with a lady older than him was indeed a serious thing but he decided it to allow them have it...

It wasn't the first time Ash had grown closer to someone neither the last but there was something the butler believed.. It will be the last time he will fall for someone this hard knowing him since childhood..

Ash was the kind of person who would destroy himself to his core to get a hold of her and when she was allowing him to slowly fall for her. Who was he to stop them? And with how irresistible she was to him, he knew a lot would happen..

He knew a moment will come where he would want her to be his everything..

A moment where he would want him to be her world..

A moment where the world would shun them.

A moment where they will break each other's heart, it will also come but that was far.. At least for now

Some all that matters in the end is the journey of falling in love and they were having the best out of it.. Edwin could clearly say it was just like a movie storyline but maybe it was expected.. Despite being coming from two complete opposite parallels they were similar in more than way they could count..

And this was one the few factors of them messing up..

He slowly picked up his phone, placing it over his ear hearing a small hello from the caller's end... "Good evening Master.." The man greeted Ash's father looking at Ash and Cynthia take off in her car to who knows where. Maybe away from their problems, laughing about who knew what..

"Evening Edwin.. Sorry to call you this late but this was the only time i got free.." For Edwin it wasn't something he cared about, when he call for his son, why he call, but as a father to two. Ash's father slipped out of defination of father years ago.. That day when he chose his meeting to make their company biggest stakeholder in international market over Ash and Delia..

This was the first time he called in two months.. A new record as Edwin would say.. Also, Cynthia gave Ash everything he wanted, giving him yet another reason to not do anything with small budding relation they were having...

"Not a problem Master but unfortunately little master is asleep.. He have some important business to deal with tomorrow.." He skillfully lied with not leaving a hint of loophole for his father to find..
