Forming a tornado of flames taking the whole homefield advantage Ash laughed embracing the moment... Standing in front of Astrid to protect her from the flames of his hatred and rage, he laughed as loudly as he could... Stray embers got the pile of clothes next to him setting them on fire burning them into ashes while he looked at the sky burning red...

He could hear the cry of requiem calling for one of them..

Only one of them will walk out of here alive if no one intervene which they hoped, no one would..

"HERE WE GO.. MORE.. PUT MORE OF YOUR POWER...  FLAMETHROWER.." Madness in his eyes and intent to kill in his voice he ordered Charizard who shot into the sea of flames at his order.. The waxy layer over its scales melting into nothingness exposing its sensitive skin to the flames... He grunted in pain but didn't gave up... The dome of flames died down giving him the time and motivation he needed and its jaws opened...

Finally their HP were equal...

His lungs compressed sending sea of flames aimed at the Chesnaught who rose his arms.. If going into a defense formation, not even a bomb blast could scratch the pokemon and Charizard knew it... Relying on the rage the flamethrower connected with the pokemon... Charizard continued the assault floating into the endless sky from every direction... There wasn't a opening in the stupid pokemon's defense... Giving up on finding a weak vital charizard landed in front of the Chesnaught who grinned...

A malice laced eyes shone through the flamethrower pushing the full powered flamethrower breaking past it.. Walking toward the Charizard the pokemon charged a hammer arm.. Charizard spun his tail violently in defense.. Using the body momentum of its tail the fire type missed the arm which crumbled the ground to pieces...

Yeah, a Cynthia level pokemon indeed...

"Mega punch.." Ash yelled.. Silently charging a mega punch, Charizard's fist glowed and slammed onto the broken hand of the Chesnaught who flinched in pain.. But stood his ground nonthless.. Ash's eyes narrowed..

'Isn't blaze activated.. I know it will just affect the fire type moves but won't it power up other moves just a little in form of adrenaline rush... For a punch which threw a two time heavier Tyranitar than Chesnaught halfway across the field.. What's going on? And why the fuck aren't the flames affecting him.. Isn't his ability bulletproof only? Or is it....'

The spikes on Chesnaught's body grew larger in size breaking through the fist of  the fire type who screeched.. Immense pain surging even while sharing half of it with Ash flowed down from his fist to every organ of his body... Calem grinned.. Finally it activated..
