"see yah!" changbin yelled to his friends, stumbling out of the bar.

it was a little past midnight when he decided to go home. he had work in the afternoon and was just sober enough to know that he would need time in the morning to get rid of his hangover before his shift started.

so, he stood outside bopping his head along to the muffled music and opened his phone.

ah shit, what's his number?

he had a habit of forgetting to save peoples contacts in his phone, so when he went to call chan, he hoped that his impeccable and totally not temporarily impaired memory would be on his side.

changbin punched in some numbers that he was pretty sure was chan's number and waited for someone to pick up.

"hello?"

"heyyyy chan hyung. could you pick me up? there aren't anymore buses."

"um, i don't think you-"

"pleaseeeee? i'm being responsible and leaving early."

"no, i'm saying-"

"pretty please? it's not that far from you apartment, i'm at the bar minho works at."

changbin waited for a response.

"fine." he finally heard.

"yay! thank you channie."

seungmin sighed as he set his phone down. it was just his luck to get a call from a random tipsy stranger who wanted a ride home.

but he had mentioned minho.

seungmin grabbed his wallet and car keys and walked out of his apartment. just in case, he decided to give minho a call.

"hello?"

"hey minho, who was it you wanted me to meet tonight?"

"just some of my college friends, why?"

"did any of them leave already?"

"yeah changbin left a bit ago. he was gonna call chan for a ride."

"well he called me."

"...you guys haven't met though?"

"nope."

"huh. yeah that's a changbin move."

"whatever. just wanted to make sure i wasn't picking up some random creep."

"you're going?"

"well, yeah."

"like, willingly?"

"why do you sound so surprised?"
