Peter caught up to what you were saying. "No more ice."

Water had already started flowing when you reached the river you had to cross. It was risky, yet, it was the only chance you had. "We need to cross, now," Peter ushered all of you.

"Don't beavers make dams?" Lucy asked hopefully.

"I'm not that fast," Mr. Beaver admitted.

"Come on!" you exclaimed, starting to climb downwards.

"Would you just think about this for a minute?" Susan asked.

You kept going whereas Peter and Lucy behind you turned back, still on top of the mountain. "We don't have a minute!" Peter snapped.

"I'm just trying to be realistic," Susan said, offended.

"No, you're trying to be smart," Peter accused. "As usual."

"We don't have time for this," you sighed, your hand finding a way to your belt where the spyglass was. You raised it to your eye. "No time at all, the wolves will be here any second."

That shut everyone up and you hurried down, reaching the riverbed really soon. You stopped, looking at the forming cracks. Peter carefully stepped on the ice but it moved. "Wait, maybe I should go first," Mr. Beaver stopped him.

You nodded rapidly. "Maybe you should," Peter agreed. The beaver went, patting the ice with his tail before giving you the okay to go on the ice. Of course, on the side, he had to argue with Mrs. Beaver about eating too much and her cooking skills.

You stepped on the ice after Mrs. Beaver, then Peter and Lucy and lastly, Susan. The ice cracked as you walked on it and Lucy yelled, latching onto Peter's arm. "If mum knew what we were doing," Susan stuttered.

"Mum's not here!" Peter exclaimed, seemingly pretty done with how Susan was acting.

"Oh no!" Lucy exclaimed after a few more steps, spotting wolves up on the frozen waterfall.

"Run!" you yelled, leaping from one ice piece to the other. But wolves, having four legs, were faster and arrived to block your way.

One fought Mr. Beaver and Lucy exclaimed her brother's name in fear. The latter drew his sword. "Put that down, boy," Maugrim growled and stepped forth, making you, too, back up behind Peter. Because, well, first of all, he was older, second of, you didn't like fighting. "Someone could get hurt."

"Don't worry about me!" Mr. Beaver yelled, getting bit into the neck. "Run him through!"

"Leave now while you can and your brother leaves with you," Maugrim threatened.

"It's a trick~," you whisper-sang, as you always did when you were nervous.

"Stop it, maybe we should listen to him!" Susan yelled.

"Are you out of your mind?!" you asked, stepping towards Susan.

"You don't have a say in this, you don't have a family!" Susan yelled to you out of rage, making your eyes widen and your mouth shut. Susan scoffed, turning to Peter. "Look! Just because some man in a red coat hands you a sword, it doesn't make you a hero!"

You managed to gather yourself. "What you do with the sword can make you a hero!" you yelled again, turning to the eldest of kids. "Peter, do whatever you want but get us out of here!" The latter glanced around at the wolves and the soon-to-break waterfall.

"Hold on to me!" he yelled frantically and stabbed his sword into the ice. You couldn't reach him due to the fact that Susan pushed you further away while she was yelling at you. But you could reach Lucy and that's why you noticed that she slipped out of her coat and into the water. You didn't hesitate to dive after her.

In the strong currents of the water, you could see the beavers, way ahead of you, and Lucy, moving towards the bottom. You dove further, reaching your hand to grab hers, her eyes almost closing. In one last attempt, you charged power up in your palms and pushed her up with a semi-powerful blast, not to hurt her.

You saw how her legs dangled in the water and then how she pulled them to the shore. You would've sighed out of relief if it wasn't for the fact that you were underwater and quickly running out of oxygen. A current pushed you further away from the place where you last saw Lucy before you could swim through it and onto the surface, gasping for air.

Your lungs were burning and your vision hazed because of the water droplets in your lashes. And despite that, you were pretty sure you couldn't see any of your companions anywhere. You couldn't hear them either. But that might've just been your heart beating loudly in your ears.

Slowly, you managed to bring yourself to the shore. You laid down, not caring about the snow's coldness - you had just been in an ice-cold river. When your breathing was somewhat even again, you warmed your body up with your magic before reaching for your belt and grabbing the spyglass. "Now how does this thing work?" you muttered to yourself. "Can I just see the Pevensies?" you asked, raising the glass to your eye. There they were, walking through the spring-y forest just like the one starting to appear around you. They all looked rather worried, although amazed with their surroundings. Pity I can't hear them, you thought, standing up with a sigh and throwing off your coat, hanging it onto a branch. Well then, I guess I'll meet them near the Stone Table.

You looked around. Where is the Stone Table?
